“I love hatch chiles. O have now purchased the green and red hatch chile salsas, the seasoning and the blend if red and green. They are all amazing. I like the hot green chili for my chile Verde. Delish.”

“Like the product but my order was short when I received it. I sent an email to customer service and never received a reply so I called. The customer service representative on there phone was very nice and sent the missing item. Now it has been lost in the mail system and the postal system is trying to locate the shipment.”

“I made the mistake of ordering 25#'s of chile from the Hatch Chile Store in Hatch. Then I was told of the Hatch Chile COMPANY, in Las Cruces. Not only did the Chile arrive a day earlier, it was such beautiful Chile, that it was a joy to process. My friend Tracy (male) ate one by itself on a hot tortilla while his wife Barb was roasting that he called me right away from Ms. to tell me how delicious it was. This will be my go to place from how on!!! Kudos to the Hatch Chile Company out of Las Cruces. Thank you so much for righting a wrong per the Hatch Chile store in Hatch. Not only was the product disgusting, but they refused to give me my money back to the tune of 136.00 and change. Thank you Hatch Chile Company!!!! Respectfully, Patsy Romero Albuquerque, N.M.”

“The Hatch Green Chile Sauce is absolutely delicious!!!! Certainly my favorite by far and the fact it only has 6 total ingredients to include green chiles, lemon & lime juice, salt, garlic, and water make it that much better! You can eat it like salsa, put it on your eggs, throw some in your beans, spread it on a piece of toast, put it on a hamburger/hot dog.....ALL FOR THAT DEEP GREEN CHILE FLAVOR that is unique and unmistakable! Keep it simple and keep putting out that quality product Fresh Chile Company! I believe this particular item to be the cornerstone to the rest of your products! “They are the best. We tried other Chile. We even went out and purchased fresh hatch chilies and attempted to make our own. Then my wife started ordering from Hatch website they had lots of varieties. Soon we found exactly what we liked. Once our order came & 3 jars were not full. I called Hatch & they said they are hand filled so they are not always the same. Wow they sent me another case just to keep us happy.”
