“Love it. Having grown up in ABQ making the annual labor day pilgrimage to Hatch to get sacks of fresh green chile for me an my friends. My '65 Mustang smelled of chile for weeks afterwards. Having left ABQ many years ago, finding a reliable source for the Green (and the Red) has made me happy. Now I can cook real enchiladas, posole, and carne adovada. There is no New Mexican food in NYC and being able to make my own based on recipes I learned from ex-girlfriends and friends of my grandparents has made the pandemic lock-downs more tolerable.”

“I have ordered 3 times now. I am very satisfied with all of FCC's products I have tasted. I have made Randy's Posole recipe, everyone that tasted it loved it. Now on to my latest order, which is No was a reflection Fresh Chile Co. performance. Most recently I ordered 7 bottles of mixed products and a bag of blue hominy posole. At no fault of FCC, the delivery was damaged and 2 of the bottles were broken. I filed a damage report with FedEx. I also sent a email to FCC customer service to let them know what happened. What I didn't expect was a return email offering me a $20 gift card or the replacement of the two damaged bottles, one of which was the new BBQ sauce which smelled really good. I choose the receive the two bottle replacement, which FCC was Not obligated to replace. I received the replacements in 3 days via USPS. That is what I call Great Customer Service. I also let customer service know that If I receive a refund for the damaged product from FedEx I will spend it on FCC products. For a small company they stand behind their fine products and are building a strong reputation among their customer and other in the industry. I didn't show but I rated "Excellent"”

“We bought an assortment of the sauces and the Pozole seasoning on our first purchase, and everything was AMAZING!! The family asked to get order again so we could try more recipes. You’ve got a lifetime customer after 2 orders!! Wish we had tried your products sooner, but very happy that we did not wait longer.”
