“The flowers were not only the wrong flowers they weren’t even the right color scheme. I called was offered a 30percent refund and $10 towards my next purchase. I told the guy it was unacceptable and I would call the next day. They then offered a 50 percent discount with $30 towards my next purchase. Again not acceptable. They delivered the next day. Closer to what I order but much smaller. Never again!”
“Very unhappy with this service. I ordered flowers on June 10 to be delivered on June 19 and after not hearing anything all day I finally call and they said there was a problem with my order but they couldn’t tell me what the problem was. They said best they could do was deliver the next day even though I had made this order over a week ago. Will not be using again.”
“I ordered a large fruit basket for a friend who is a vegetarian. They sent a basket with just a few fruits in it and the rest salami and other grocery products they won’t be able to eat. When I went to submit a complaint, the website does not let me get past a prompt saying “we told we may have to substitute some items.” I would have thought the substitutions would be other fruits, not meat.”
“They were delivered late. When the UPS driver showed up, he put the box out on the step and never rang the bell. They could have been there all night if I didn't look outside. And the were scrunched together like rags and only 4-5 baby breaths, all in the back. Very disappointed.”

The arrangement did not look like the picture on the website and they were delivered a day late. The customer service Reps just give you lip service, they are useless but that may be how they’re trained to respond to customer complaints.”

1. Ordered same day delivery, get an email saying sorry and that the delivery is delayed.
2. I complain and they apologize while offering to give me an upgrade on the flowers and call the recipient to apologize for the delay.
I would have been very happy with just this but guess what they did neither of these things.
3. When the flowers did arrive it looked nothing like the picture and was throughly disappointed with what I got.
4. Further complained to customer service and was only met with empty promises.

“It was my mother’s 80th birthday and her flowers from her deceased husband Never showed up when I called they said sorry not coming until the next day. Offered 20 percent off! Wow! No one called to let me know it was not going to be delivered to allow me to make sure she received her birthday gift from her deceased husband of 54 years. When they finally arrived at 3pm the next day the box was hot..the vase and flowers were so warm she had to have them cool down before she could open the. They fell apart as she took them out of the box. This was so disturbing ! I also spoke with a managers that offered to call her to apologized and this Never happened along with he was to Refund me for the flowrers that not only were late but were ruined from the heat. I guess they left them on the delivery truck over night. Why lie! What terrible customer service No cal! No apology! And no refund. What terrible customer service I am extremely disappointed and to disappoint an 80-year-old is just unbelievable or is Ken express what disappointment this is. We are aware of unforeseen circumstances however communication is always a key and best customer service and this was not even done when done. It was not fall through and lied to. Extremely unacceptable, do not order from this company ever !”

“Ordered “PLUSH” Teddy Bear and Balloons… requested same day delivery, didn’t happen.
Ordered the premium size (for a sick 5’year old. Was told I would get an email once delivered. Never received and email. Called my son to see if it was delivered. It was, he didn’t know who it was from because my card was not included, he then sent me a picture of the “PLUSH” Teddy Bear. It was a 6 inch scruffy, used looking Bear.
With tax, delivery charges I paid $91. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now fighting to get a refund, not getting a response.”
