“These ppl ruined my mom’s birthday. They said they could deliver the item and they didn’t. Why are they even still selling on the internet and how can we report them for deceiving customers. They are a bunch of scammers”
“I placed an order at 4:30am, so I could be top of the delivery list. I paid all the extra fees to have the flowers delivered before noon. That didn’t happen! I spoke with a representative, she refunded the expedited fee. And I advised her the person was leaving work at 4pm. She assured me that it would be there before then. It did it not arrive. So now I have to wait for them to refund my money back. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a flower delivery.”
“I paid for expedited shipping. My poor dad waited 6 hours for the flowers to come for my mom. They were 4 hours past the estimated time. I won’t use this service again. They gave me a “refund” of 5 dollars for failing to meet the deadline.”

“Ordered twice now. Flowers died prior to arrival the first time and the second order they died the following day. Following the instructions given. Also ordered chocolate covered strawberries which were 70$ without shipping and never received them. When I called, all they could offer was 20% back plus a $10 gift card”

January 6th when I ordered my Flowers for my partner and it says on the contents that it can be delivered on the same day. It never came until now (January 12). It triggers me just because that day is a very special day of mine, but it got ruined. I have been calling their company every other day and all they have told me is, “sprry for the inconvenience, whats your name and the recipient’s name… it will deliver today or tomorrow by 9 am to 6 pm… we will upgrade your order…” freaking bullsh*t. I will never visit this company/website again, EVER!”

It was small and scrappy and did not remotely resemble the picture of what I ordered. Wish I looked at reviews first!”
“I made an order and without informed me, they didn't deliver it. When I called them, their reason was, we called you to check that if you are the one who ordered it. To begin with, they didn't call and they are not my bank either to check that. They offered me a $20 gift certificate and that means I need to go back to them to use it. I asked them to use the money to upgrade the order. Thy agreed with that and they offered me next day delivery. As soon as I hung up the phone, I received an email that to let me know the delivery will be after 3 days. It was a very time sensitive order. I don't recommend them to anyone.”

“Flowers weren’t delivered when they said they would be. I have read many reviews since my horrible experience and pretty much all of the reviews could be my experience. I ordered my flowers Sunday, were supposed to be delivered Monday, got an email that they couldn’t be delivered, said they would be there Tuesday. Tuesday I got an email that there was a problem, said customer service representative would contact me. They emailed me and apologized, offered weekend delivery fee refund ($3.99) said flowers would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday came and I got fed up and emailed them I wanted a refund, was sent a email that a. customer service representative would call me. They did call me and offered me a. $20 coupon, they would redo the order and the flowers would be delivered by UPS on Thursday, they assured me. I reluctantly agreed. They refunded my money on my original order. Thursday came and when I checked the tracking number it said they were out for delivery from Kentucky! 🙄 My recipient lives 30 miles SE of Columbus OH. At 11:30 I called them and demanded a refund she tried 4 different times to talk me into keeping the order. I told her NO, I wanted a full refund. She complied and told me my recipient should receive her flowers later in the day. I had no reason to believe that. Well low & behold the flowers were dropped on my recipient’s front porch in 20* weather, they never rang the doorbell so she had no idea they were there. When she opened them she said they were 1/2 frozen. The flowers she received looked nothing like the beautiful bouquet I picked out. Buyer beware: DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! I don’t know how a company stays in business with so many similar horrible reviews. The only good thing is I did get my refund. I am going to call a local florist in my recipient’s hometown to get a real floral arrangement sent to her, not one she has to dig out of the box and trim the stems and put them in the vase. I am so embarrassed that she received the flowers she did.”
“Horrible service. I paid extra to have a plant delivered before 1:30 for a funeral. I didn't get a delivery confirmation email until 3:55. I have never heard of a funeral going on that late in the day. I even sent a picture to this company showing them there was no plant. They took my money, didn't do their job and I got nothing.”
“I wish I had read reviews beacese I recieved the wrong type of flowers and a diffent color. My wife likes stargazer lilies but I guess they were out so they subsituted a lower cost different color lily in its place.
Will not order from here again, given you can not expect to get what you paid for when you order.
Also I paid extra for next day delivery which I can not complain to much as 8PM is still part of the day.”
