“I ordered 24 red roses and 24 white roses for my Dad’s funeral and celebration of life on a Saturday. The red roses arrived on Friday like I specified but they were brown and wilted. The white roses arrived on Monday 2 days after the funeral. I had to go out and order new flowers for my event.”

They claim free shipping but when it’s time to check out they add on a ton of fees.
When I went to pay for the bouquet that was $35 and I had a $15 off coupon, I expected to pay at most, $35. However, the total was nearly $60 !!!!

Finally after the third person I talked too, I got a full refund. The next day, I got an email telling me they would be delivered 2 days later….. I got a call from them telling me. I told them I got an email telling me and I was not happy about it. I told them I will never be using them again. Finally, they got them delivered yesterday. “Ordered birthday flowers for my mother on Friday to be delivered on Monday (her actual birthday). They never showed. There was no follow up. I asked for a full refund and flowers to still be delivered for the day after her birthday. They would not give full refund with replacement flowers. Why would I want to pay for flowers to be delivered after her birthday when there was plenty of time after ordering to make sure they got there on time. Poor business.”
