“Ordered flowers for the funeral service. Flowers were never delivered. They refunded the money but I needed the flowers on time and not the money back. Really disappointed in the service. Also when placing the order there were no options to pick delivery time which is problem if you delivery to some places that are not opened all the time such as churches.”
“The original bouquet looked nothing like the stock online photo. So they sent out a redelivery which was even worse than the first. There are no pink roses or purple highlighted flowers throughout as seen on the website photo.”

“I ordered flowers on Monday for my wife’s birthday On Wednesday. They shipped them said they would be delivered Thursday by UPS between 12:45-2:45. My wife doesn’t work in the office on Thursday or Fridays. UPS said the business was closed when they tried to deliver them a little after 5:00 which the business doesn’t close til 6:00. Needless to say they will not arrive when you schedule them and they use UPS and FedEx to deliver instead of a flower shop. That part was my fault cause if I knew they used UPS or FedEx I wouldn’t have ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!”
“Didn’t fulfill my order in the 4 hour window I paid for and also gave then another hour and still not delivered called and complained and tried to give me every option to change but wouldn’t work for me and refuse to cancel and refund had to haggle to get full refund”
“I ordered sympathy flowers for a dear friends, father’s visitation. When I got there, I could not find the flowers I sent. I asked the funeral home Director about my flowers because it stated that they were delivered. They took me to a vase of dying, dried up flowers and said the flowers were received in a box, no water, no vase (which I paid separately for) and no card. They looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I’m actually happy there was no card because I would’ve been embarrassed for anybody to think I sent those flowers. I would not recommend from From You Flowers. Very disappointing!”

“Flowers did not look anything like the pictures. I ordered yellow tulips and purple irises in full bloom. The yellow tulips arrived limp and the irises weren't open and never bloomed. It was a horrible waste of money. I called to complain and they tried to offer me a 20% discount on what I had paid. I refused and they said ok 40%. I said, no, just send what I ordered. I placed an order with them for a floral arrangement to be delivered before a funeral service, as per their commitment to timely delivery. However, they failed to honor this commitment, causing unnecessary stress and frustration during an already difficult time.
Not only did they miss the agreed-upon delivery time, but their communication regarding the delay was also lacking and unprofessional. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for updates, I received no response until after the funeral had taken place. This level of disregard for their customers' needs, especially during such sensitive occasions, is unacceptable.
I expected more from From you Flowers, especially considering the importance of the occasion and their promise of timely delivery. Their failure to fulfill their obligation has not only soured my experience with them but has also added unnecessary distress during an already emotional time.
I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their floral needs to From you flowers, as their lack of professionalism and failure to honor commitments can have significant consequences, especially during important events like funerals.”

“NO Stars would be a better option!!!!! I will never use this company again! Ordered a PREMIUM FRUIT BASKET for my Mom for Mother's Day. Order was not delivered until a week later. When it arrived it had very little fruit in it and other things she could not even eat due to food allergies. It definitely did not look like the premium basket picture as advertised. When I called to COMPLAIN, they offered me $18 on an order over $100. Needless to say, they have lost my business and l plan on letting all my friends know to not use them as well!!
