“I ordered the Golden Elegance Tree centerpiece for delivery on the 24th by early evening. The doorbell rang at 11:20pm on th 23rd which scared us. I received a Christmas Sleigh centerpiece that was nothing like what I ordered and paid $99.00 for. I spoke with Customer Service and requested the correct item. I was told not possible. They offered me $23.00 and I told them I just wanted what I paid for. They couldn't do that for me and refunded my purchase. I just wanted what I paid for, not my money back. In fairness to the florist the centerpiece was lovely, but not what I wanted. I won't order from this company again. When I place an order and pay the amount owed I expect them to do their half of the deal and send me what I paid for.”
“I’m disappointed. The first picture I’ve attached is what I ordered. The second picture is what was received. Not even close and not nearly as nice. The name they gave for the flowers is White Rose Succulent Bouquet. I don’t see a succulent anywhere. I definitely feel ripped off and it wasn’t cheap. I can’t recommend.”
“The flower was delivered, but it is as good as what is was paid for. It is much different from what is shown in the pictures. Extra fees was paid for Premium, and there are at least a dozen roses that can be seen for this choice (there should be more not be seen on the other side), however there were Only Seven roses delivered, which is not even good for a Regular choice.”
“Just received order of 2 dozen roses for my mother's birthday. They were already starting to wilt when taken out of the box. Wanted her 91st birthday to be special. Will not use this company again, majorly disappointed.”
“Ordered flowers to arrive the day after my daughter had surgery. First arrangement wasn't "available in that area" so I chose a different arrangement. Ordered early the day before I needed delivery to ensure they would arrive on the day of my choice. Received an email halfway through the day of delivery offering a substitution because the arrangement wasn't available, even though I chose one that was. But the substitution can't be delivered for 2 more days, possibly 5 because of Thanksgiving and the weekend. Not getting what I paid for and my daughter won't get her flowers when she really needed a bright spot during her recovery. The only reason they get 2 stars a because they didn't argue with me when I requested a refund.”
“I ordered an arrangement on 11/15/24 to be delivered that same day. Order was cancelled on their end for some security reason. I placed order again to be delivered the following day. Arrangement was delivered first thing next morning but what nothing like the picture on the site. I reached out and the reimbursed 1/2 of what I paid. I would have thought they would have refunded the whole amount due to the entire inconvenience. But, they did deliver right away the following day and reimbursed 1/2 of payment.”
“I am very disappointed with this service. I picked a very unique flower arrangement and payed extra to assure this would reflect what we wanted for a friend who lost her baby girl. The arrangement she received was okay, something we could have purchased at the supermarket, not at all what we had ordered. There was a big misrepresentation of what it’s on their website and you pay for than what you will receive.”
“The flowers I ordered barely resembled what was delivered. I ordered a beautiful boutique with w a birthday balloon for over $80. 00. The photograph from my daughter of what was delivered were a few flowers in a small vase. Nothing close to what I expected.”
“Flowers delivered were nothing like pictured. Skimpy sloppy , no arrangement. I was given a 30% refund on the flowers( nothing for the delivery charge) and a gift card which based on what my sister received I would not use. Will not use again

“The flowers delivered look absolutely nothing like the picture. The flowers were not robust, fresh and beautiful colors. They looked half dead and sparce as could be! This bouquet was the skimpiest and meagerest that I have ever sent! I was very embarrassed, I will never use this company again. Small is one thing but at least fill the damn vase with flowers. I do not recommend. The flowers pictured on the site are NOT what you get!”

“I needed a beautiful deluxe bouquet of flowers delivered to my daughter’s celebration of life. It was supposed to be delivered the 3rd of October but did not arrive. I emailed, chatted, and finally called in absolute grief and tears and I was told HE was so embarrassed!!! Are you kidding me!? They offer a money back guarantee but I told him I was not interested in money back! I wanted the most beautiful flowers delivered to my daughter’s house! He promised an upgrade to Premium. I will say he added a credit to the site which I won’t use with a $15 delivery charge and said he gave me $10 back (we will see) but the flowers when finally delivered were not even deluxe let alone premium. I emailed again and was promised they’ll be delivered “when we find a better florist” which translated means never! I’m so embarrassed and angry that I spend nearly $70 for what I could have bought Publix for $12! IF they make this right, I will gladly upgrade my review for now I think they’re scammers.”
“I ordered the Cotton Candy Deluxe for my Daughter's 34th Birthday. I paid for same day service which started out at $2.99 was billed more. Flowers delivered by 6:00 pm. Correct. What she recieved was not what I paid for! Daisies replaced Roses! Deluxe,not even close!!! The florist this ordered was assigned too is not provided. I wonder why? Roses cost more than Daisies. You Flowers received a poor rating as the results from the contracted local florist who short-changed the customer! Damn shame! Would not recommend! See attached pictures.”
“I recently sent flowers to my elderly neighbor for her birthday. I searched for the perfect arrangement. I placed my order. She is now in a different state, so when she received it her son sent me a photo . I was SO disappointed. Although it did have the correct flowers, whoever arranged it had NO idea. It looked disgraceful...almost like it was shipped to her. I an throughly disappointed. I will NEVER use this service again. This wasn't cheap, but it certainly looked it. I am so embarrassed.”
“Arrangement isn't what I ordered. But luckily my Daughter appreciated the thought. Delivery to a business that closes at 5 pm. Delivery made after hours. Daughter didn't get it till next day.”
“I Ordered a sympathy arrangement that contained blue iris, white roses, and white daisies. I spent quite a long time picking the perfect arrangement for my friend. My friend sent a picture of the arrangement after it arrived and I was shocked to see they were completely different flowers, no blues, no roses And was not nearly as nice as the picture. I contacted the company, They initially said they were allowed to switch flowers although they switched all the flowers and it only resembled the original order in that it had some white flowers. They then refunded me 30% of the price. Be careful when ordering as there’s no way to know what they are actually sending. Also, since they send a different arrangement, you don’t know what the upgrade to premium looks like or if they actually did it.”
