“Ordered flowers and a custom vase for my mothers birthday,placed the order two weeks in advance to be delivered on the 15 .The flowers weren’t delivered til the 18th the vase was broken the picture was sitting in the box and there was no packing material in the box”
“I wanted to send flowers to a friend who was in a car accident. I just happen to decide to try a different company. I had been using the super large flower delivery companies for a while and decided to change. I read about From You Flowers, and I liked what I saw. I have been using them for almost a year now, and have been very pleased. I had one problem with a delivery date and they refunded The delivery fee. The flowers ended up getting there on the correct date when I have a question or a problem, they reach out to me immediately. I am so very glad that I tried this company. I will continue to use them for all of my flower deliveries.”
“The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. Not attractive. Do not use this company. Many substitutions and definitely not a deluxe size. I wanted to show pictures but site wouldn’t allow.”
“This is by far the worst flower delivery company I have ever encountered. I had someone call to verify the order and they barely spoke english.I could not understand half of what they said then they started to yell at me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she gave me some explanation. However, I could not understand it because she barely spoke english. After speaking with the supervisor and getting no help. I asked what we needed to do to cancel the order. I was told that I could not cancel the order because I did not place it.My husband would have to call in cancel the order. I was also told if it was not verified in twenty four hours, it would automatically be canceled and refunded to my card. When I asked whom to contact to make sure that the refund was processed properly. I was told we don't give out that information. This place is a total scam, and they are using people from other countries to access credit card information. Don't waste your time or money and follow up with a complaint to the better business bureau.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my mother's memorial that was today. I ordered it last week so that it would get there on time it did not it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday they didn't even reach out to me I had to call them and argue with a customer service rep to talk to a manager because the flowers were never delivered he offered me my money back and a $50 credit that's great except that I will never use this company again!!! I also suggest you don't use them!!! This is the second time that they have royally screwed up a delivery of flowers for me. I paid over $80 for a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's memorial that I cannot attend and instead we got nothing!! I wouldn't even give them a one if there was a negative row they would get a negative for me!!”
“I ordered an arrangement on 11/15/24 to be delivered that same day. Order was cancelled on their end for some security reason. I placed order again to be delivered the following day. Arrangement was delivered first thing next morning but what nothing like the picture on the site. I reached out and the reimbursed 1/2 of what I paid. I would have thought they would have refunded the whole amount due to the entire inconvenience. But, they did deliver right away the following day and reimbursed 1/2 of payment.”
“I am very disappointed with this service. I picked a very unique flower arrangement and payed extra to assure this would reflect what we wanted for a friend who lost her baby girl. The arrangement she received was okay, something we could have purchased at the supermarket, not at all what we had ordered. There was a big misrepresentation of what it’s on their website and you pay for than what you will receive.”
“The flowers I ordered barely resembled what was delivered. I ordered a beautiful boutique with w a birthday balloon for over $80. 00. The photograph from my daughter of what was delivered were a few flowers in a small vase. Nothing close to what I expected.”

“I ordered 11/13 for a 11/15 delivery, the delivery fee was $20 and the total bill was $73…they were not delivered on 11/15, I received an email they would be delivered on 11/16….got another email on 11/16 saying they wouldn’t be there until 11/18…I was offered 20% off plus the $5 expedited fee (16$ total) or to cancel ….i cancelled, do not use this company, AWFUL!! “This company has terrible customer service! I ordered flowers guaranteed to be delivered today and even paid a fee to expedite delivery. When they had not been delivered during the time frame, I went to the chat line. The person stated that I would receive a refund on the expedite part of the order but they would be delivered today. An hour later, I received an email that they would not be delivered until the next day. I emailed to cancel the order entirely and now a “supervisor “ will get back to me. I am beyond disappointed and will never give this company business again! Wish I had read reviews first!”
