It won't let me do a NO Star!! I ordered flowers in the early morning to be delivered that afternoon. I payed extra to have it there on time. I am in Florida and was sending flowers to my family in Indiana for my brother's funeral. After the time of the showing the flower company calls me to tell me that they weren't able to make it there. I told them to have it there on the next morning for the service. THEY DID NOT MAKE THAT DELIVERY EITHER!!! NEVER will I ever use their service again!!!

The promised same day delivery did not happen. The excuse was they could not find an address in Seattle! THEY HAD 2 PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL AND A GOOGLE MAP . Finally after talking to a bot and then an online chat with a person , i cancelled the order. Never use them.

The delivery date was 3 days late poor customer service and couldn’t get a straight answer on when the flowers would be delivered I will never do business with them again
