“I want to like my Frost Buddy. If it would ever get delivered. Ordered on 9/9 and it was shipped with an incomplete address. Couldn’t be delivered. Returned to shipper. I spoke with customer service multiple times and was assured it would be resent. I understand things happen. It was resent and I got a notice it would be delivered today. However USPS sent me a text saying it’s undeliverable due to insufficient address. I called customer service again today and was told the address was correct and it would be delivered today. I still don’t have it. I’m very frustrated because I needed it for something special, I still don’t have it, and, it’s unclear to me what the problem is. Giving three stars because I really can’t evaluate yet.”

“Unconventional review but great company! I had considered ordering for some time and when I saw a Facebook advertisement for 20% I used that opportunity to save money. I used the link provided but never got the 20% off. I contacted the company who said it was a glitch they were working on but provided me with a personal code for 20% (after some back and forth as I believe I should be granted the discount as advertised). I was thrilled to receive my own only to open it and find I was missing a loud, which on their site said it is included if pictured with one and mine was. I contacted them again with pictures and screenshots to which they responded again and are sending me my missing lid. It's been a bit frustrating all the hiccups but the company ALWAYS responded and made things right and that's what's most important! 4/5 for great customer service but I can't speak for the product as I have yet to use it.”
“I bought it as a gift for my husband. He nurses canned drinks so they always get warm. He loves it and I love it because it eliminates the need for him to have to pour the drinks into hand wash only travel mugs and reducing the amount of dishes piling up in the sink. 😁”
“Ordered 2, one shipped promptly and one was delayed. Checked on status and was told MLB selection was not available in my first color choice so I chose the second option. I was then offered the choice of a third FB on the house. Very classy gesture to keep the customer happy”
“Have to really watch your order. I got 4 add-on frost Buddy universals that I didn't know I had ordered. Didn't intend to. I do however, love the to -go cup and my Miley loves her water bowl. Great product but poor marketing. Left a bad taste in my mouth”
“My order came and it was not correct. I sent an email and received no response about what was being done then received a shipping email saying that they were sending a new one but that was now once again over a week ago and I still have not received it.”

Ordered product with '5 to 8 day delivery'. 14 days after order I asked for an update. 16 days after I asked for a refund. 17 days after I got a 'shipment notification. 19 days later I got a 'we cant refund you because we already shipped it. Product is good. Shady company with poor customer service. will not deal with again”
