“Great for my iced coffee drinks. Keeps things cold throughout the day. Would buy again. The only reason for 4 stars is that mine came with a small dent in the bottom. Nothing to compromise the cup but a bit disappointing to receive dented.”

“Purchased the To Go Buddy in the wood grain designed but the flap was broke and I couldn’t order a replacement lid and it never kept ice frozen long enough. Forced to purchase a whole new To Go Buddy which for the moment seems to be working.”

“The ordering process was extremely easy. After I ordered I had to download the Shop app the track the package (I paid extra for shipping protection).
I placed my order June 15th and did not actually receive it until July 30th. I contacted the company through email to see if they could provide tracking information on two different occasions. Neither time did they provide any helpful information. I turned to their VIP Facebook page to see if there was anyone else who had to deal with this. They denied my comment because it didn't rave about their product.
The product is nice but not worth the hassle of wondering if I'm actually going to receive it.”
“Product took over a month to get delivered, I asked for updates two weeks in, was told a generic response of “it should ship in 5 days and customs take a week to make” then waited another two weeks, asked for an update again, was told their customs were on back order and was given a 10% discount (the exact same discount I used with my original order) then finally a week later I got an email it had shipped. Poor customer support and I would not recommend ordering for a timely gift. Sorry dad your birthday present came in a month late.”
“Very disappointed with the company and their customer service. I ordered a custom frost Buddy and a new insert. The new insert was never delivered, and when I called customer service they told me to file a claim with UPS and they couldn’t help me.
The custom engraved frost Buddy took two months to be delivered. I had paid for two day shipping and no one ever contacted me on the delay. I had numerous interactions with customer service and they provided different reasons for the delay, and provided no alternative solution.”
“I REALLY love it! However, I drink usually 30oz drinks and I’m worried it’s just a matter of Tim before I misplace the rubber to fit smaller drinks.
Other than that it works GREAT!”
