“Absolutely love the product! It does keep your drinks cold as it states, the variety of of products, colors, and swap they come out with. Today it was 105 here and my Sports Buddy spent a lot of time in a hot vehicle and after 9 hours, the water in it was still refreshingly cold. Have got family members hooked after giving them a number of different style Buddies, especially the To Go Buddy.
The one down side is in receiving the product. Most all my items have been shipped and received in a timely manner. I had one orde that I knew may take awhile as was a preorder, so good with that. I had two other orders that one took a month to get, and another order that placed the following day that still haven’t received. I do understand that it is a very popular item and sells out quickly, but when I ordered it showed as in stock.
I do believe in the product, love the customer service and how the company founder still puts out messages and responds to them. Hope as they keep selling and growing that they can get a handle on the inventory and shipping aspect.”
“The XL Frost buddy doesn’t fit all Dunkin sizes, which is a disappointment. The universal buddy is great, but again doesn’t fit every size as depicted in its advertising. They are very cute and work well when they do fit the drinks! The website and app also offered different deals, which took away some incentive to purchase more items to try.”
“Love the cup but …. I the lid needs a better black rubber gasket on it. It willl twist and the lid lifts up plus I knocked to over an it went everywhere. So needs a better gasket. Thanks Vanessa”
“Just recently posted that I had my 40 oz. sport buddy in my black car all day - still had some ice at the end of the day.
I only hand wash/dry. Now, for some reason, it only keeps my water somewhat cool, and all of the ice melts. BTW, switched vehicles; no longer in a black car all day - it's inside with me. Wonder what changed....”
“Good but not great. I like how it holds multiple sizes. Construction is good. However it doesn’t keep drinks cold or hot as long as my yetis. The other downside compared to a yet is it not being dishwasher safe. I bought it with the idea of replacing multiple yetis. It kind of can do that. Overall very happy with the sleeve and the options available. I’ve purchased the lid with straw and have been using the frost buddy daily.”
“I love the color of the purple radiant to go Buddy although my son’s camo keeps drinks colder than mine, the color is great but at night when I put the ice in my water although filled to the top melts by morning. The handle slips off and I have now dropped my cupped twice as I was carrying it to my car.”

Their system had a glitch so it was a hassle and such a big inconvenience of receiving a wrong item but they offer resolutions as well.
The website is not friendly to begin with and almost giving up. Had to use computer, table or phone I thought it was just my device but it wasnt.
But the product itself is good. My husband loves it as he is a beer lover. He loves the universal ones.”
“Love the product, works well…. BUT the XL universal is advertised to come with the universal insert. Both that I ordered did not come with that, it isn’t specified you have to purchase those separately. Disappointed I can’t use it for cans.”

It does everything you say it does ! I love that it will keep iced drinks cold for 24 hours plus-- directly inside the cup !
The only request is to either put handles on them, or make the slip on handles available ( I got mine on Amazon ) , especially for the larger cups.
Some of us ladies can't comfortably wrap our smaller ( or arthritic ) hands around them to carry , especially when they're full.
