“I ordered this a couple weeks before Christmas hoping to get it in time for Christmas which never happened. I received the lid and straw quickly but the cup still has not even moved since December 25th. Major let down.”

“I loved the idea of these cups. I bought myself and two daughters each a cup for Christmas. I purchased pink and the picture showed it with a lid and once added to the cart the picture did not have a lid. I chatted with a customer service "person" and they said it should come with a lid. It did not, I sent an email and received a quick response and they put a lid in the mail. It is a bit bulky and it does keep drinks cold - still had ice at lunchtime. Mine was not quite a circle I guess it was banged up in shipping, there was a small scratch and it took me two days to figure out that my plastic lids kept leaking because they were being squished in the cup with it not being a circle. I kind of rolled it back into shape and the plastic lid seemed to fit better.”
“My first order was great. My second order was a little disappointing, I was sent the wrong product. I spoke with Laween on the phone and she advised me that she would be sending me a replacement and all I needed to do was email a photo of the incorrect product I received. Unfortunately I never heard back and did not receive the replacement of the proper product I had ordered. In turn I ended up spending more money to go buy a replacement gift due to receiving the incorrect product. Now I’m out money on a frost buddy with a big American flag on it that I don’t see myself using and money on having to buy a new gift. Pretty disappointed”
“they are pretty and constructed well, but do not keep drinks cold. the green glass with a lid which I kept for myself didn't keep ice at all. overall just a letdown, the advertisements in my opinion were misleading, and I didn't realize this until they were given out as Christmas gifts.
The 3 other products the Universal 2.0 were also given as Christmas gifts...

“I purchased the warehouse 10 bottle box and loved the items I got! My package was shipped very quickly and I thought it was cool how the boxes matched the bottles (a little detail I appreciated). It was a good mix of masculine, feminine and neutral so I was able to keep some for my wife, son and I while also gifting some out.
