“I want to provide feedback about the flower delivery I ordered for last weekend. I placed an order on Friday for delivery on Saturday, and I included all necessary information such as the address, the name of the store (it was a business delivery), the recipient's name, and two phone numbers.
On Saturday afternoon, I received an email stating that the delivery attempt had failed because the recipient was not at the location. This was not true. The recipient was at their workplace and did not receive any phone call notifying them that the delivery person had arrived. I was then informed that the delivery would be postponed to the next day, even though it was only 4 pm and your website states that deliveries are made until 6 pm. There was definitely enough time to make the delivery after I confirmed the address and provided an additional phone number as soon as I got the email about the failed attempt.
When I asked customer support for the reason for the failed delivery and whether they had called my friend to confirm they were at the right place, I was ignored. I was only told that nothing could be done and the delivery would be made the next day.
The flowers were supposed to be a surprise for my friend's birthday, but since she was off work the next day, I had to ask for her home address, spoiling the surprise.
The delivery was finally made the next day (without the birthday surprise), but when I saw the picture my friend sent of the flowers, I was extremely disappointed. The bouquet on the website (attached pic 1) and the one delivered (attached pic 2) were completely different. The delivered bouquet was much smaller, with mostly green branches instead of flowers, and the packaging was subpar. Additionally, I had added a note with the flowers that said, “From Sweden ❤️” (heart emoji - attached email confirmation pic 3), but my friend received a note that said, “From Sweden?” (with a question mark). If emojis cannot be included in the note, this should be mentioned on your website, or you should have confirmed the note with me.
This store does not care about making timely deliveries, cannot cooperate effectively, and spoils surprises. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never place another order with you.

“Ordered the clear skies bouquet. Supposed to include white roses and delphinium. What my daughter received was a nightmare- the worst grocery store bouquet you could imagine. Instead of delphinium and roses it was spray painted hydrangea - truly awful. To their credit customer service delivered an alternate bouquet from a different florist - far better than the first bouquet- but a far cry from the blooms that were promised. I will avoid FTD from now on. I tried to upload photos but mysteriously won’t upload.”
“First of all no delivery. Called they said it was delivered. But never was. Then promised next day-still no delivery. Called and asked for supervisor who said flowers would be delivered that day. No flowers. He also advised that I should have low expectations that the flowers would be delivered! Then flowers delivered following day minus extra flowers promised for having missed the original date 3 days earlier for someone coming out of hospital who was home all the time.

“I was lied to twice that the my order was delivered. It never made it to its destination, but FTD sent me an email that it was delivered! UPS supposedly delivered it, but couldn’t provide a picture if the delivery! I can’t get a real person on the phone to discuss. I am thoroughly disgusted!”
