“so I ordered flowers for my wife’s special last day at work. I specifically requested the flowers be delivered to work before 11 AM. I even called, was redirected to a call center in the Philippines, told that they would contact the florist, but of course the flowers were never delivered. They said they deliver them by 6 PM, the office closes at noon. When all said and done, they refunded me a whopping 1/3 of the price of my order. Supposedly they’re gonna deliver to my house, but that kind of ruins the entire effect and point. Thank you for ruining my special occasion, FTD, I will never order from you again nor would I advise anyone to order flowers from them for any type of special occasion. They are a joke.”
“I was very embarrased with the flower arrangment that was delivered to my best friend for Christmas. I paid ~$100 for these flowers and they didn't even deliver the ones I ordered. The flowers looked like they were $20 and it was very disappointing. We spoke to customer service about our frustration, in which they told us they will rearrange the delivery with the correct flowers at no cost to us, but they never did. Horrible customer service, looks like I'll have to chargeback with my bank now. Scam, avoid this website! Never ordering from this place again.”

“They don’t even deserve one star. Two orders and neither one looked even close to what I ordered. I paid for premium and both arrangements had 5/6 flowers. One wasn’t even delivered and I had to make a follow up call. So very disappointed and will never use them again.”
“My daughter sent a centerpiece for Christmas and what arrived was a joke! She paid $95 for an arraignment that should have included roses and in the shape of a tree. What came was mainly white daisies (dying 3 days later) and a few red carnations. I get better bouquets from my local Kroger for $8.99 I feel so bad for the disappointment this caused my daughter, who was trying to do something nice. “I only provided 1 star because they really deserved 0. My husband ordered flowers for me. When they didn't come as expected- I called the FTD 1-800-736-3383. They kept putting me off- just one more day from 9 am to 9 pm....2 more days and no delivery. When I called today- They said they were not able to get through to the supplier who was to deliver the arrangement. With 4 different calls - I was transferred to various other upper management personnel. Finally- I told them to cancel the order and to credit my husbands account. The person I spoke with agreed and said they would cancel because the order wasn't delivered. I waited online for them to email me the cancelled order. The form they sent did not provide any verbage that said the order was cancelled and the money would be refunded. So I told them that it was not appropriate to not include this information. So I waited while they re-sent the corrected information. This time I received a general email message without the pertinent information included. I said that this was insufficient and needed it to include the appropriate information. This business must be off-shore and certainly doesn't use normal business practices in the handling of their ordering and cancellations. I am very dubious that it is a legitimate business and am rather surprised by how they handled my husband's order. Oh- and I almost forgot- they attributed 2 different order numbers to this order- how confusing is this? I would never recommend their service. People- Look for a local florist- don't be duped into believing you are going to get good service - or that the flowers will look as good as the pictures they use as representations of the work of independent florists...Shoddy business practices!!!”

“Received one email saying order could not be processed. Received another email with a different order number saying order was delivered. It was not. Customer service knows how to transfer a call but not rectify a problem.”
“Horrible company!! Ordered flowers on Monday to have flowers delivered for my brother’s college graduation that I was unable to attend. Set up delivery for Thursday, they were not delivered. The company sent me an email saying they were sorry and that they would be delivered on Friday and asked a good time. I told them to deliver before 11, Friday came and went and no delivery. Called today and they said they were very sorry and that they would be delivered today. When they were not delivered by 7:00 pm I called again. They said they were sorry but wouldn’t be delivered till Monday. At this point it’s pointless as he will be returning from college. They have now refunded me the money, what a waste of my time. So disappointed!”
“I would give zero if I could. They would not deliver the flowers to my godmother because she did not answer the call. This was to be a surprise and that was ruined. I will never use them again. I had to reach out to FTD to see the staus they did not reach out to me for the delay in the deliver. Poor customer service! You have lost a customer.”
“Fraudulent Misrepresentation! I ordered the Deluxe Let It Snow Tree for my boyfriend's parents through the FTD website. I received an email notice the day after my arrangement was to be delivered that the arrangement was unavailable and a substitute arrangement of a florist's choosing would be sent 4 days later. The poor customer service team has absolutely no authority or ability to correct the situation caused by a disreputable company. Hoping the local florist will understand the awfulness of this situation and provide some sort of Christmas miracle. Will never use FTD again!”
“If I could give a negative zero I would they have the order for 5 days and then the day after the delivery date they said they couldn't do it no communication will never ever ever use them again the dependability factor is gone you don't have an order for 5 days and then decide you can't find the florist”
“FTD has drop the ball back to back. I don’t know what florist they using in Omaha Nebraska but this is the second time for same day delivery and the flowers weren’t delivered. I always set it up a day before the delivery. The second one was for a birthday the florist said they delivered them but they never were so the representative ask if. Want to deliver them for tomorrow it kinda defeat the purpose for birthday flowers. I will never order anything from FTD and will recommend my family and friends not to either. Do better FTD”
“Ordered a Christmas bouquet with lots of roses and spent $110. Just a received a picture of the gift from the recipient. There were just 6 roses and I feel robbed. Never had a bad experience before. This year I am extremely disappointed.”
