“The delivery men, one in particular was obstructive & at one point refused to deliver my 3-seat settee to my first floor flat. He had a surly, no-can-do attitude. The packaged item would not quite fit into the lift, so I consented to it being unpacked. He wanted to unwrap it outside in the rain at first! He was overly-eager for me to sign the disclaimer regarding accidental damage to the item. I told him that me signing the form does not mean that they can be careless & damage the settee anyway. They were aware that it was a flat that they were delivering to, as it states it on the order. I pointed out that being an experienced delivery company, they would be familiar with delivering to a flat. The delivery was successfully completed in the end. But I certainly would not recommend this company, based on attitude & ineptitude of the team!”

“They arrived during the notified 3 hour slot and even called 30 mins in advance to say they were on their way. They delivered and set up the double bed divan base and headboard quickly and cleared up any mess / packaging. Very happy indeed with the service provided.”

“We had a bed and chest of drawers delivered. We received very clear communication of our delivery day, then time slot. The van arrived mid time slot and the 2 guys brought in the several awkward bed parts and the heavy chest carefully. This was our 2nd experience with Furdeco deliveries and we have been very pleased.”

“My property is behind gates in an unlit rural area some distance from the centre of its designated postcode. Delivery was scheduled for 7am so the driver was searching for the address in complete darkness. Even though he was unable to reach us by phone - we’d lost our comms in the storm - Furdeco's driver persisted and located us in time to deliver very soon after 7:00. So many other delivery outfits would have quickly given up so full marks for commitment & determination!”

“Furdeco delivered a 3 seater sofa & single chair, both power recliners today. My disabled wife was alone in the house to receive the delivery. They were polite, efficient & on time. The whole delivery only took about 15mins & that includes the unpacking & setting up of the furniture. They requested that our dog be put in another room, which is fair enough, not everyone like dogs & she can be bit of a trip hazard. Overall we're very happy with the experience.”

“I am disabled,, 2 lovely kind delivery men brought my new chair, unpacked it and set it up ready for me to use. They left the box in case I wanted to return it. I did and another 2 kind men came to collect the chair, they taped the flat packed box together again and packed up the chair. On each visit they rang with a 30 minute arrival time. I was still waiting for the returns label from debenhams, I'd told furdeco I didn't have it should i cancel and rebook but they brought a label with them. Both visits went off without problem and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company,, thank you all again”
