“Mid-Sleeper Bed was delivered a later than the agreed time-slot which wasn't particularly convenient and the instructions could use a little work to simplify them. One of the screws snapped being screwed in (by hand) and a joint tightener screw was wedged into hole connecting the frames (which was a pain to remove). Having said that, however, I am very happy with the finished product and so is my son. so 3.5 out of 5 overall.”

“Bed was delivered on time and the delivery men where nice and helpful. 3 missing parts which meant we couldn’t assemble the bed properly. Instructions where the most complicated instructions ever. However once the bed was assembled it does look lovely.”

“Wrong delivery instructions, said they were coming and didnt. Got in contact with customer service which you can only do on Facebook as nobody answers the phone. Kindly refunded delivery cost and pleased with product when it finally arrived.”

“Was overall quite disappointed with this product. The unit itself was sturdy enough and decent quality but the drawers are made of cheap wood and I’m not expecting them to last to long. I was also a whole pack of screws missing which meant I had to go and buy some. I saw similar options in other stores for half the price but wanted something more durable that would hopefully last a few years and I’m not predicting these will last long.”

“Ordered a bed frame. Quick delivery, excellent quality but took a long time to assemble. Would buy from furniture 123 again ...only negative is the delivery men refused to take the frame up to the bedroom”

“Took me 6 hours to assemble!!!! Not the recommended 1 30 mins you suggested. That's a joke, I think in total I screwed 200+ screws. The chest of draws is nice and fits nicely in my room, but not sure I'd of ordered if i knew every single part needed screening in!!”

“Ordered a bunk bed. The ordering was fine. The guys dropped the bed off a few months later. Checked the boxes that night and one of them was wrong, completely different bed and different number box (I didn't think to check at the time because I thought they knew how to do their job) I emailed them and asked to phone next morning, they didnt so my husband did and spent over 30mins on phone. New bit got sent out that day! Took a couple of days to arrive. It was meant to be done for my daughter's birthday so wasn't done till after and family members made a 3 hour journey to put it together, so they had to make that twice. It's a good bed, but won't be ordering from them again!”

“The bunk bed arrived 90 mins late over the time slot which was fine. The problem is the drivers work for a different company and didn't have my details so couldn't have told me they were running late??? The driver said if you were out we then ring the office?”

“Was delivered 9 days after order placed. Told between 9.15 and 10.15 arrived at 9.17 so impressed with that. All good couple parts damaged but managed to conceal them, apart from that very pleased.”

“Happy with the furniture but the delivery men walked mud all inside my house and its not muddy outside my house. Boots must have been dirty when they arrived in the van”

“Prompt delivery and friendly staff. Would have rated 5 if the furniture was not left on the muddy road in the rain whilst they unloaded the truck! Carpets are covered with mud. Also delivery came with a faulty screw and X2 few P screws, made assembly incomplete. Managed to work around it.”

“Furniture met with expectations, but the delivery, not so much. Paid extra £20 to have it delivered on a saturday, but it was delivered out of the time slot given by approx 2hours! Attempted to contact company to enquire why it was late and how long until it would be delivered only to hear a 'office is closed' message. Sent a text message only to be receive automatic reply that response could take up to 48hrs. When it was finally delivered there was no apology for the delay. A simple - 'sorry traffic was terrible' would have sufficed. Such a waste of my afternoon!”

“Led lights not working.had to send video of led light installation..then waited for the suppliers to send wrong part which was 2 pin not 3 for UK...they then wanted another video sending...time is ticking away bought the part from eBay £2.30 all works now...”
