Goodness, wish I had read these before ordering! Did order a little shed. Website claims you will have it within a week and gives you an expected delivery date. however three weeks later still being fobbed off over the phone saying Its in production. I am angry that you can still go on the site and order with the same delivery time promise. Just a corrupt sales tactic!!When challenged about this they just evade the subject. After reading others reviews will try harder to get a refund now prior to delivery and buy from somewhere else!!!

Utter shambles. Do not buy anything from this company. I paid £3k for a summerhouse with side shed. It didn't even turn up with the correct technical drawings to start construction. It was missing the main floor bearers to start the build so that should have been the first warning sign. I ordered the following (Order #GBD1677443): • Floor Option : 19mm Tongue and Groove • Choose your wall thickness : 28mm - Walls • Roof Option : 11mm Tongue and Groove • Shelving : Both Sides • Gutter Option : Premium One Side • BillyOh Deluxe Padlock and Hasp • BillyOh Silicone and Gun Set • BillyOh Value Assembly Kit • BillyOh Deluxe 50mm Padlock Protector It was delivered on the Tuesday 4th May. I started unpacking it on Sunday 9th May to start assembly and that's when I started to have difficulties. There were no instructions or technical details as part of the delivery, only the pdf download from the website which references these important documents. I was trying to align the incomplete picklists with the delivery and found I didn't have the correct floor bearers. These are critical to starting the build which meant I couldn't start assembly until they were finally sent on the 28th May. I had numerous emails with different people and was sent the wrong technical documents and even different versions of the same technical documents. All very frustrating and it's obvious that they have outsourced their customer service which has an impact on the quality of service they provide. There is also little quality control in the warehouse otherwise the order wouldn't have had so many errors. I then spent the next two weekends trying to follow the terrible instructions. The instructions often suggest you review the technical document for accurate measurements and spacing which don’t exist. I’m reasonably competent DIYer so managed to get things to work but someone without the correct tools or experience would really struggle. I finally got the roof on and went to fit the doors. That's when I found out I only had 6 hinges and 2 door handles for a 3-door building! This was when I noticed the gutter kit was broken and warped. Also, the padlock protector I included in the order at additional cost doesn’t fit the door frame. It's too wide to be screwed into the door frame so again further evidence of incompetent design. The 3ft and 4ft shelves (also purchased at additional cost) aren't suitable for this building. The instructions show you have to fix them to a purlin framing support which are only in the corners on this building. The walls are longer than 3ft and 4ft. The build quality is terrible and they are selling items which don't fit the building. Very misleading this will be reported to Trading Standards. I had to plane one of the doors because it was 10mm wider at the top than at the bottom. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered Billyoh Tessa Summerhouse Cabin in April with estimated delivery of 7 weeks, 14 weeks later said summerhouse was delivered. I can only describe this as a glorified Wendy house, the big bad wolf would have no trouble blowing this house down!!!! Having spent in excess of 4 grand, I expected a product of reasonable quality, I was sadly mistaken, the 60 year old garage I removed to create space for this summerhouse was better quality and in better condition. Upon checking the terms and conditions, I contacted the telephone number under the returns section which stated returns could be arranged between 8am and 10pm....this is not true....telephone number is a dead line. The only way to contact this company is through the sales telephone number....surprise,surprise! When you do actually speak to a call handler, don't expect to be treated with respect or dignity, instead you should expect to be spoken to someone who accuses you of lying and states "I don't know what your worrying about, you have 14 days to return, call back tomorrow " Good luck with that, 5 phone calls and 4 emails later, I managed to speak to someone who arranged the return of the summerhouse, they also shared the delightful news that I would be charged triple the delivery cost to have the pile of wood kindling removed and refunded.....oh joy! My advice to you....stay clear, find another company to purchase your product from!

WARNING to Facebook friends.. FROM MY EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is appalling. I now have a shed which is not complete as incorrect parts are not being replaced. The internal support parts were too short and some parts were not pre drilled or drilled correctly. The shed has no internal metal support. Spent best part of two months in email exchange with Garden Buildings Direct sending photos upon photos, videos, explanations of the problem many times and each time more info was requested and then finally advised they will come back to me... chase up emails have now been ignored. Bought a potting shed. Wish I’d had the sense to check reviews. Over £800 and is the flimsiest shed I’ve ever seen. Been up for 2 weeks in glorious weather, light breeze and 3 of the windows (really fragile plastic) blew out when I opened the door and broke. Emailed the company, told I would have to buy more from them and that the weather (21 degrees and the occasional very light wind) was to blame, therefore they were not responsible. Wood is thin, splits as soon as you put a nail in it. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute rubbish , so unprofessional from workmanship to dealing with problems, so bad some else is dealing with the issues concerning our cabin and she's been blocked , why have most of the directors resigned?? Shocking is an understatement , once you've invested a small fortune in a decent base you expect a decent building , the website is unlawful and criminal advertising don't believe a word , don't waste your time and money , I implore you to go e!sewhere

Reading through the email, how has this company got 1.15 stars? In all honesty this is the worst company I have purchased from since the beginning of the pandemic, I brought an tower playhouse for over £800. Only 3/4 of the order turned up, I waiting a week for the remaining. I was the. Missing 4 parts, but they said I don’t need them. Crazy the instructions say I do. I was short on fixings, both nails and screws, I had to spend close to £10 buying them myself as I waited 2 weeks for the screws and nails but they never arrived. The clout nails for the mineral felt roof are a long as a double layer of the felt, so cannot reach the roof boards to fix in. But the worst of it, the main tower leg was split in 2, its poor quality wood and was not checked, you can see the treatment has gone into the splits.

I bought a 16x8 shed from Gardenbuildings direct. The glazing which is 1.2mm Styrene broke and fell down on 25mph wind. UK has more severe weather throughout. I have asked for replacement and they came back and said that it is not covered under warranty because of it was broken by weather. The shed also is of very bad quality in cutting and finishing. Please never trust or busy from this seller. I have attahed the picture.

DO NOT USE. SALES TEAM CALLED ME 3X TIMES TO SECURE MY ORDER AND PROMISED ME A DELIVERY DAY. 3 WEEKS ON STILL HEARD NOTHING. WHEN I CHASE FOR AN UPDATE I AM TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO OR EVEN CHECK TO SEE THE PROCESS OF MY ORDER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. DO NOT BE LIED TO BY THEIR SALES TEAM. THE DELIVERY DATES ON THE WEBSITE ARE COMPLETE LIES.

I genuinely don't think i've ever been less happy with customer service. We ordered a playhouse for my daughter, the delivery date was missed by a couple of days which was fine, but when it was delivered the base and some other parts were missing. It's been over a month now and still no parts, multiple emails, phone calls etc. I get the same response each time, that my order is being prioritised. I've asked them for a date directly and the question is ignored. No sign of any sort of priority system, I have to believe they're still making orders for other customers and just ignoring the issue. It took 8 days for the playhouse to be delivered initially and has been a month (to the day) of me waiting for the parts they missed.

Delivery times are a complete lie! When I placed the order on the 8 March 2021, the website was showing the summerhouse as as being delivered in 5-7 working days. Once I placed the order the confirmation stated it would be 10 working days. At the time of writing this review it is the 29th March and Billy Oh are unable to tell me when the summerhouse will be delivered, other than to say it will be 2-3 weeks longer at least. We cancelled and urge everyone to avoid this company.

I ordered a tower playhouse for my sons birthday which is on the 19th which I constantly got told not to worry mam it will be here now a day before and still no sign it’s my sons only present and now he has nothing due to empty promises and messing around by use I will make sure I spam all your sites and we’re ever else you sell stuff with the truth on the reviews, am so disappointed and can’t even sleep because am looking for a replacement so am £700 down with no shed, it should be illegal for what use are doing and what are you going to say sorry to hear this and tell me to contact customer service which I do every time and get no joy, THANKYOU for wrecking my sons birthday like times isn’t hard enough right now! I will carry this up with trade a standards and ombudsman! This shouldn’t be aloud!

6 month old shed, soaking water up through the floor and causing growth inside the shed. Apparently it is my fault for firstly, insulating the shed and when they had a think about it, it was because there was no drainage in my solid concrete base. The materials are shocking, the shed was flimsy and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Avoid like the plague.

***Don't, Just Don't***. If your looking for a shed or any garden building PLEASE IGNORE and BILLYOH If I could select 0 stars I would have. I bought my BillyOh shed in March 2020 and its now December 2020 and its rotting inside. Even has mould! When I was putting the shed together floor and most of the panels had gaps, customer service didn't want to know. Customer Service is an joke. Please just dont buy from these cowboys,

You get what you pay for. I ordered a £3000 log cabin, the most competitive price in the market, however, quality is horrendous, customers service is appalling, waiting times are outrageous, and I could go on for hours. I bought my garden house on the 27th October and I didn't get it until the 8th of December, they tell you that they will deliver within 31 working days but then they were late by 3 weeks. For 4 weeks I was told that someone will give me a delivery date next week but that never happened I had to chase them all the time, they always tell you the same we are very sorry but your problem never gets solved. Talking to a manager or a director is impossible. I was assured by Carlo that someone will check the delivery to make sure nothing was missing or broken as I already waited a delayed of 3 weeks. When I got my delivery 3 parts were broken and 1 missing, the missing part was the biggest part therefore it should have been the easiest for them to check. Once you contact the company they tell you that once the request is been confirm it take up to 7 working days for the part to arrive, this meant that I had to reschedule my joiners (2nd time), the only thing they tell you over the phone is we are very sorry, but that is not good enough anymore. I read the reviews from here before I purchased and thought it can't be that bad, but please avoid this company and spend your money somewhere else. Very likely I will get a reply here saying please contact us etc, but it will be the same store we are very sorry.

Delivery driver was rude angry and aggressive, wasn't interested in providing a decent service at all. The parts that arrived pre-assembled were shoddily put together, misaligned and 4 of the 6 wall panels have holes or open cracks in them. Door panels don't line up and there are holes in the pre-assembled floor panels. Roof panels on the instructions were already assembled but when speaking to customer service I had to assemble them onto the roof as it was without any baton supports etc. Having had the shed up a couple of weeks it has warped so badly the roof felt has developed a wrinkle/crack across the apex. This is due to the wood drying out after assembly. If I could send it back I would. And before anyone from the company suggests that I "Contact them via my online account"..... I've already tried that and it sends you round in circles. Overall and terrible experience from this company and I would advise anyone getting a shed to shop local.

Terrible service for a terrible product from a terrible company. Over £2000 spent and call centre is somewhere in the centre of the earth that is only available when the stars align! Over two months now if being promised and promised that a manager will be in touch but nothing as yet. Won’t give me a name, number or email so I can only assume there isn’t one. ‘Run’ by fools. They are scared to get in touch but I won’t let this drop! Awful company.

Do not buy from this company, I spent £1000 on a shed and can’t put it together as all the panels are different measurements and material and build quality is extremely poor. Customer service appears to be a centre in China with standard responses. They are not interested in customers or Customer service.

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I recently bought the BillyOh Mini Master storage shed, and had so many problems with the order, coupled with a business that has no interest in resolving to the customers satisfaction - There is no chance I would ever buy anything from them again. The Good The shed was delivered on time The Bad The shed base we ordered with the product was 14inches too wide, resulting in the shed not fitting on it properly There were bits of the roof missing, meaning we couldn't make the shed waterproof whilst we waited for them to send us a replacement shed base. We were promised a new shed base delivery on a Thursday - didn't come. Then promised for Saturday - didn't come. It was eventually delivered the following Tuesday, meaning we had a shed that wasn't waterproof and was stood on damp ground for 10 days from when we assembled it. I asked them to send the shed base via courier to get it to me faster. They flat out refused. They will only deliver via their own drivers and WILL NOT send to you any other way, even when at fault When the replacement arrived, it wasn't a complete shed base but 6 shorter pieces of wood. Meaning they expected us to take apart the previous shed base that was nailed together, and reassemble using the new bits of wood They have a company policy of no refunds, and DO NOT offer compensation or partial refunds when they are at fault. Refused to let me speak to a manager/director, got told 'they'll just tell you what i am'. In order to get a full refund the product HAS to be in the original condition, disassembled before the will collect it. How on earth are you supposed to send it back in the same condition it arrived after realising there were parts missing? Easily spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to resolve. The summarise We spent £450 with them and had a horrific experience Terrible customer service Don't care about resolving issues Company policy of no partial refunds is a joke I would never, ever use this company again If you're considering buying anything from this company - don't.
