I ordered £150 worth of plants on 19th April. All plants I ordered were “In Stock”!! Note that before I ordered we had read good reviews but on reading current ones I now regret this!! We have had one email, in this time, advising that we are not forgotten but the company has still taken our money, not delivered any plants and no communication since! Times are hard for everyone Gardening Express, surely you shouldn’t take any funds from customers until orders are dispatched. You are being quite unfair by taking down all forms of meaningful communication. Even if you are abiding by social distancing measures we all know that phones and emails can be redirected so that concerns can be dealt with. This in itself would stop unsatisfied customers writing such poor reviews, as a simple explanation or apology for delays would help us understand. Please be honest and if you cannot fulfil orders let the customers know and process their refunds.

I placed an order on the 11th April and still not had a reply to my emails informing me when I should expect delivery. I have not even received a reply to their own customer message service which they have set up. I understand the impact of the current situation on business but a reassuring communication to all customers wouldn't go amiss. If Gardening Express is experiencing issues with their delivery service then they should make that obvious to customers at the point of online ordering. We are still waiting for any sort of communication from Garden Express concerning the order.

Still no sign of my order in 31 days placed on 9th April . Money has been taken . Order still says processing. Won't be using them again and nor will anyone I know! By the time my order comes it will probably be too late for the plants . No contact from them or action from queries raised. Credit cArd company only cancels money for orders over £100

Terrible. Waited over a month and no delivery or answers to ticket enquiries. This company is happy to take payments but in terms of fulfilling orders, forget it.

Ordered £42.00 worth of plants on 8th April. Like others I have had no delivery nor any communication. I emailed them but again no response. I noted that they had admin staff to take payment. I fear I have been had. Avoid this company at all costs. Next we’ll hear they are in administration.

Absolutely awful. Mature clematis arrived dead. No response from gardening express at all . £45 down the drain . Don’t buy from them .

This company really has no idea. Left a negative review. Eventually received an email asking for photos and to return items. No way at my expense. Auromated response to review on Trustpilot apologising for delay in sending plants. I did NOT order plants but fruit tree feed and they didn't send the one advertised. Copies. This morning I received a lengthy email telling me about what they were doing to keep up with order Bla bla bla. assured me I would get my plants. I DID NOT order b-----plants!! Fed up of generic emails. Relegated to spam. Dreadful company. Customers need information before ordering not afterwards.

Like lots of others, I’ve ordered plants! I’ve heard nothing :/ should be planted in the spring :/! Raised a ticket for them to contact me, email came back saying cannot answer at this time :/ Sorry but I want a refund and there is no way to get through :/ Stay safe everyone!

Terrible service, been waiting 21 days so far for my order and still no sign, no communication lines open as they have shut them down so can’t even cancel and ask for a refund, never again will I use this garden company

Same as everyone else, ordered £70 worth on 10th April, received a plastic envelope opened which should have had 12 jumbo plants! There were 3! Emailed several times no response and the rest of the order not received. Speak to your credit card companies who will assist with refunds.

Same as everyone else. I read good reviews about the company, but placed an order on the 14th of April and still haven’t received the goods, but the money was taken out of the account the day after ordering. Would be good to know if anyone has found a resolution!

I placed my order on 28th March and have still not received it. I was advised delivery would be 10-15 days which I thought was acceptable at this time. I got an email a couple of weeks later to advise my order had been despatched and gave me a tracking code. I've still not received it. There is no way of getting in touch with them. I've emailed twice to see if I can cancel my order but had no reply at all. I appreciate times are hard just now for companies but the customers are in the same boat as well and it is really unfair to allow people to place orders and take their money if they have no intention of fulfilling the order.

Dreadful company happy to take my money plants never came , said there was a delivery , there’s no phone to ring & All they do is send that generic emails that don’t answer anything now six weeks later no plants no money

£108 wasted and ordered 02/04 and still not received! Countless emails sent and their so called customer support tickets and same old repetitive automated email received. Ive reported to Trading Standards and hoping my bank will refund. Please avoid this company as they're unscrupulous thieves!

Hermes left me a note saying sorry, but that is how he received the box, plants inside dead, have two other orders pending tried every way to contact them, raised ticket . Tia caitly is supposed to be agent looking into it but no reply to my request for a refund on other orders. All you get is automated e mail regardles of what the question is. Sent pictures of note from Hermes, also pictures of dead plants must say these orders were placed early last month. Contacted my bank who are now looking into it for me.

Placed order on 7th of April and heard or received nothing from them. I have complained twice and not even a standard acknowledgement from them. Avoid them.

Placed my order on the 7th of April, £150 spent - still nothing arrived. I’ve contacted them twice, still no reply. I would advise people to avoid this company solely due to the lack of communication. If they had the decency to let me know the situation I would be more understanding but it’s infuriating being left in the dark!
