Place an order 30th May and it still has not been delivered. Cannot get a valid reply to my e mails. Just had a message to say it is all because of the coronavirus. I have been very patient although the extremely late delivery has caused me a lot of embarrassment as it was a birthday present. Can I have a refund please as I no longer trust the order to be delivered at all.Have to ask through here as you just ignore everything else. What a terrible way to run a business.

What a bad company I feel even worse reading these reviews. Waiting 7 weeks for some clematis. Still no sign.will try to cancel now

I have now sent over 100 emails and received a number of tier 1 automated emails stating - you are being referred to tier 2 hooray !!! I have also been told that the head plant guy must review the picture of the dead plant - I now refer to it as the Stick - NOT a beautiful Acer. I take it he has / she has to pronounce time of death or something like that. Guessing that no-one will view anything and the hope of a refund is totally ZERO. Please do not use this awful company - They are nothing more than a bunch of criminals, who will take your money and you will never hear from them again. Please do not think that what is on the website will in any way an example of what you may or may not receive some two months after ordering.

Waited 8wks for dead, rotting plants to arrive. Trying to contact customer services is a joke, fed up with being ignored, was finally offered a refund 4wks later. Was still waiting for refund to be paid 4wks after this! In desperation I got my bank to do a charge back to me. Will never shop here again

Avoid! My experience was similar to many others. After 6 weeks I tried to cancel order and plants arrived a couple of days later. 13 plants in a box the size of a wine case. Many damaged and others misshapen and in poor condition. Complaint - with photos dismissed and recorded delivery letter ignored Extremely poor customer service. Difficult times I appreciate but ordered from Sarah Raven at same time and service was fantastic.

I placed my order with payment on the 16th April , I then heard nothing so looked online to see the dreadful reviews really felt I had been duped.! Tried to find someway of contacting them and in the end found out who was the owner and sent him an email. I soon got a response to say 'they were doing their best and my order should be despatched soon' on July 4th I received my order. The plants were fine, I also bought from another gardening website and had a similar experience, but they were better at communication through these difficult times.

Ripped off, Bought 5 red hot pokers, because I had spent over £25.00 qualified to get 2 date palms for £19.99, so I ordered these. With carriage came to just over £50, received 6 weeks later 5 almost dead red hot pokers, and no date palms. Thats £50 for 5 dead plants, that bought healthy from a garden centre locally would have been just under £30. This organisation, is a total rip off, with zero honesty!!

HEALTH PLANT WARNING! Ordered two palms, a fraise hydrangea and Because I had spent over a certain amount a plant from their list so I selected another hydrangea. These items were ordered on the 19th of May. I knew they would maybe take upto 14 days to arrive due to covid. Three weeks passed no emails to update me so emailed them twice asking if they could tell me where my order was. After 4 weeks I emailed them requesting a full refund and cancellation of the order as I considered 4 weeks unreasonable. No reply to any of the 3 emails. A week later on the 25th of June I sent another email requesting a refund again, the same day they sent an email stating my order was now being processed. On the 3rd of July I received notification my order was on its way and in 2 boxes. On the 10th of July my order arrived in one small box, the plants had all been piled on top of each other. It was obvious the plants had suffered with no light, they were bone dry and their condition was dreadful. My husband actually laughed when he opened the box. I had purchased a fraise hydrangea from my local garden centre for £10.95, it is 3’ tall with 9 flower heads on it. The same hydrangea from this co is not even a foot high and leaves are all yellow and not one flower head, that cost £15.00. I sent an email via their online ticket service and surprise I received a reply almost straight away, no apology for delivery taking 8 weeks and requesting photos so they could access the case. READ your reviews online and you will see what people think of your poor plants!! Will update this review once I hear from this Co, wish me luck with that one. They seem to forget consumers rights are far greater online.

like most customers i have received empty promises of despatch, so then i demanded a refund & so far no response, today i sent a stronger worded email & hopefully this will get a positive answer. I suggest everyone contacts them & informs them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are entitle to a full refund if something arrived later than promised. If there's no specified date for delivery, then it must be with you within 30 days of ordering. This company needs to be closed down so crippling it financially is the only way- avoid this company like the plague

Just don't buy from these people. Very poor quality plant sent by friends as a birthday present. No response at all after many attempts.

Ordered to supposedly standard patio roses which were supposed to have an overall height of 80 cm. They eventually arrived the overall height from the soil to the top of the plants is barely two feet. It would appear they consider the overall height to be including the pot which is silly. Having spoken to another major rose supplier they typed is usually designated from the top of the compost to the overall height of the foliage. I have had some communication back but it now seems to have dried up turns out these were two miniature patio roses very young and with very tiny leaves and will have very small flowers not as shown on the website. I see today they have taken £10 off and the advert on their website is just the same. So my recommendation is you get what you pay for which in this case was not very much I would not recommend them

delivers very little . Their marketing is excellent their producgts are poor . 11 emails numerous calls (all chargeable by the way ). Products I ordered 6 items so not a small order . They arrived a month late in a distressed condition . Would NEVER buy from them again . Even if it were free .

REFUND REFUSED. Plants eventually arrived wilting in pots too dry. Most of them recovered after watering and planting out but two didn't. Just shriveled and disappeared. Have been in correspondence for weeks under their guarantee asking for a refund and they keep asking for photos. I keep telling them there is nothing left to photo. They now say that they won't "help". Avoid!!!

Ordered in April under delivery as normal in 2 to three days. After 7 weeks advised my Visa card as impossible to get in touch with these #### people. They blocked reviews on review sites. Just received full refund on Visa card so advise everyone to stay clear
