Horrendous customer service followed by abysmal quality plants. Begrudgingly having to put one star. A nearly £400 order which has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with some plants that look as though they’ve been purposely dehydrated and packaged with zero care. Not to mention I’m extremely out of pocket considering what this amount would have got me elsewhere. Avoid at all costs. Any positive reviews that can be found online I assume must be written by the ‘extra staff that were being train in order to respond to tickets raised of the website’ because they’re certainly not responding to the majority of their customers. Interesting that the website links through to their Facebook page which appears to offer comments of hope, however majority of comments (negative no doubt) seem to have been disabled as shown in the photo. The best bit, after waiting since the 12th of April I’ve only received half and as there’s been no way to cancel order post 24 hours after ordering...I’m waiting in great anticipation for the remainder...not

This company is an absolute disgrace, I fully understand that during the current pandemic there will be delays but 2 months is not good enough. When my plants (20 ordered) finally arrived in a flimsy cardboard box 4 were dead, 4 were crushed and broken and most of the others did not look too healthy either. I have contacted this company on many occasions and not once have I had a reply, please do not waste your money buying from this company their plants are rubbish and their customer service is non existent

weeks and order arrived today well 1 box out of 6 . The other 5 finally came . Condition better than expected after seeing so many horror photos on social media . Some of the plants are certainly not as advertised . Would I of spent £200 on the same quality of plants on a garden centre , No . To rub salt in the wounds they included a £5 off your next £50 spend in June to thank me for my patience , never again , Lesson certainly learnt .

This company is a complete con. You expect delays during a time like the C-19 lockdown. However, they still haven't delivered almost 2 months after the order was placed. They send fob off generic emails and do not respond to tickets raised on their website. Only today did they send an email saying the order was being passed to their order picking team - a couple of days after I started the credit card reclaim process - I recommend you do the same by the way as this lot are muppets.

I would strongly recommend you do not use this company. The order took over months to arrive and the plants were packed so tightly and crushed so badly they were only fit for the compost. The plants which were not crushed were past flowering and in poor condition. One star is generous. Appalling.

Delivery arrived plants looked half dead. The 2 standard Roses I ordered I've had to throw away as they have done nothing. Always go to your local nursery avoid this company at all costs . My Dad also placed an order and paid £100 for a palm tree which has also since died. He has tried to contact them with regards to this matter and has heard nothing ....

Aquileja arrived after more than 2 months waiting. Finally arrived and they had been packaged upside down! Stems falling off, appalling condition. Difficult to get refund, poor customer service, would not use again.

Still waiting for my order from First week of April. Unable to contact them so first question is are they a proper company and secondly I have no compunction in getting a solicitor involved. It’s not the money involved but the principle, they need to address their faults and at the very least answer these online reviews.

Would have done minus any stars if I could because this is clearly, as others have said, A SCAM!! I placed an Order on 15/4/20 and am still waiting 2 months later without any direct contact from them despite all avenues sought and finally a Recorded Delivery letter cancelling and refusing to accept any responsibility for plants from the £131.00 Order, delivered after they received the letter on the 9th June. Low and behold, two boxes with a couple of the 17 plants ordered, were delivered by Yodel today. I refused to accept them on the basis of my letter and also because I didn't want to continue this scam with the incomplete order. It's the first time I've ordered plants on line and it will be the last. I'm going to take whatever legal action needs to be taken before I go to my debit card company because I think they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. They took advantage of people locked down with Codiv 19 needing to order on line. Definitely A SCAM.

Do not buy from this company as they are beyond useless or maybe a scam. Ordered on 5th April and have yet to receive anything or any explanation on when I might receive my plants. It’s now 15th June. They can not be contacted by phone and just close my requests for info or money back on their ticket complaints system. I’m pretty resigned to losing £32.

Placed order on 16 April, chased a couple of times, wrote to cancel the order On 17 May and requested a refund through the bank. Received an email on 13 June telling me the order has been passed to the nurserymen for preparation. A load of rubbish, I shall write again to cancel. See what happens!

Placed my order on the 10 April, was advised due to Covid that delivery would take up to 15 working days so I was patiently waiting. No plants so raised a dispute with my bank that was due to end the 30 May - suprise suprise half of my order arrived on 29 May and the plants were absolutely attrocious. None of them were flowering, several have died and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order but requested a refund on 29 May. No reply to my ticket. This company is shocking, how they are still allowed to take orders is beyond me. I will be continuing my complaint with Trading Standards and my bank to obtain a full refund.

I PLACED 2 ORDERS 20 APRIL2020 AND 25 APRIL SPENDING OVER 100 POUNDS AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE THIS TO COURT, IT IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM.

I ordered my plants and paid for them on the 16th April it is now the 16 of June Last Monday I received a message saying my order had been updated to preparing my order so I thought at last maybe I would recive it no today one week later I got another message saying my order had again been updated great it must be out for delivery but when I checked the status the same message was saying prepairing your order this is totally unexseptable 2 months and still can't get hold of anyone the question is will I get it before winter 😡 !!!

The plants arrived in very, very poor condition - unsurprising given the fact that they were just thrown loose into a box. I took photos of the damage and requested a refund, only to be told by customer service that my 'plants looks completely healthy' - apparently! They also took several weeks to conjure this response, and continued to send me emails apologising for the delay in my order for weeks after the order had arrived. Save yourself money and time, and shop somewhere else!

Eight weeks and no order has arrived. I got my debit card company to charge back the order value. I advise anyone to do the same. Dreadful (as in no) customer service.

as repeated below: appalling, wont cancel or refund my order, ive been waiting over 7 weeks from. cant get hold of anyone either. AVOID!!!! they are in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 by failing to deliver within a reasonable or advised time frame: I will try and take this further legally.....if i could give minus stars i would. I too lost my job during covid, and birthday money used to buy some plants: no plants, and no info from them when or if they intend to supply....extremely upsetting, they should be closed down they are also so far refusing to refund me. Also, they seem to delete any enquiry tickets they dont want to deal with as mine seem to have dissappeared!

This ‘company’ needs to be closed down. If they even ever existed..... Scam scam scam scam scam, and everything else everybody says free. I feel so ripped off. £40, my birthday money, then lost my job, it was a treat to cheer myself up during lockdown on my small balcony, I should have spent it on food as now it’s lost and I desperately need it. Gardening express I would appreciate a refund if you are out there,so I can buy some food this weekend. If you aren’t sitting on a beach somewhere spending my money on cocktails. You absolute immoral people. You are coming back as slugs next time for sure..

Still waiting, still no communication, still no refund, still gathering interest on my credit card, as they took payment on day 1, well over a month ago, when they said it COULD be up to 15 days delivery. I will accept nothing less than a refund with interest . I am also reporting them to trading standards and watchdog. All they had to do, when they changed the timescales , was to give customers a choice, continue to wait or have a refund. That would have made 80% of people happy, but instead 100% of people are bloody furious. DO NOT USE. They deserve to be shut down, looking at these reviews they probably will be. Oh and ignore the reviews on their Facebook page they are clearly fake - genuine customers have setup their own Facebook complaints site I. Response....
