I was only fenewing my insurance as i already had with yourselves and you had all the previous information yet the advisor seemed confused.she still kept asking proof of no claims. Not the best service average.

Despite the claim of 24 hour support this is a 9-5 company! I cannot access my car through the drivers door. Due to work pressure it has taken over a month to arrange a convenient date with the approved repairer. I have not been guaranteed a disabled friendly loan car. I am not able to question the repair technician before work is carried out. I want both damaged doors replacing and the paint to be matched with the rest of the car. Three tone metallic paint. I cannot take the car to my preferred repairer.

I am sure online services save money, and I didn't have many problems accessing and printing documents. They have just sent me a renewal via email, which is fine, also with a breakdown cover which I wished to take up. Sadly on ringing the number provided for this cover it was the same number as the claims department. After going through the options I was left in a queue, therefore after a while I hung up. I only have a mobile, and it would cost me a fair bit to wait. So I shall be looking elsewhere for a cheaper cover which includes breakdown. Regards Alan Ayling

I asked whether my policy covered me to drive other vehicles in an emergency. Was told I would have to take out daily insurance for any specified vehicle. Having checked my insurance documents it appears I am covered on a Third Party basis without any extra premium. Sounds like someone does not know their job. Also disappointed that my wife, who is a named driver on my policy, cannot do likewise.

Same as all insurance companies - covering their own risk, bombarding the customer with caveats. Slightly fewer unfair penalties than most - i.e. no extra charge for a change of address. However, after cover began they refused to accept all my proof of NCD even though I could show a clear paper trail. I had to pay £100 extra.

As with most insurance company's they require you to produce the relevant documentation such as no claims and licence but communication for any thing else is long, can be expensive (cost of call mobile put on hold etc) and then sending the documentation and waiting for acknowledgement if all is OK or further required.
