The support team never responds during business hours or even after closing, and they are unable to handle your issue in a focused and professional manner. For me, it was an even worse position because there was very little you could do due to the badly constructed automated systems. Luckily, L-O-U-D-O-U-I-N*COM came to my rescue and gave me my money back together with the profit in a matter of days.

When I want to take out $23,000 of my hard-earned money because my account is profitable, no one at this company answers my calls, emails, or texts. I have followed up with them for months, but I have not heard back. But after reading a suggestion on how some individuals were able to get their money back, I found C O V S E C L T D*C O M. I contacted them and they were able to help me. I am grateful to C O V S E C L T D*C O M for helping me recover my investment.

The app is still operational, but no withdrawals are functioning, therefore I can only conclude that this is a fraud following a huge Thanksgiving bonus scheme. I quit after losing so much to them. The community administrators have vanished. I went through "TONELIMITED," and at least those are trustworthy; they helped me obtain my return from them, which was over $80000. If it reappears, it will be a miracle.

I cannot express my utmost disappointment with this broker,Their refusal to process my withdrawal has left me furious and utterly dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I was not able to retrieve my funds back, I feel compelled to share my grievances to prevent others from falling into the same distressing predicament. First and foremost they refused me of my withdrawal and it was completely unjustifiable. I followed all of their stipulated procedures and provided all the necessary documentation, yet they still arrogantly decided to withhold my funds. It's evident that this is a scam. I've been trying to withdraw funds from my account for nearly three months, but they keep saying it's still in the process. How long does processing actually take? It's hard to trust a company that holds onto your money, promises its availability soon, and then three months pass by. Luckily, I came across COVSECLTD.COM, and their helpful team made sure I received a full refund.

This company is really bad and feels fake. Their support staff couldn't solve my withdrawal issue. It was a tough situation for me, but COVSECLTD*COM helped me out and got my investment and profit back in a matter of days.

I lost my investment capital and profits trading online to them, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request could be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk had declined, I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast that teaches on how scammed victims can recover their fund through the help of L I N C O X R E C L A I M, I contacted them through their website provided for consultation, I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I said I will not hold this to myself but share it to the public so that all scammed victims can get their funds back.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to withdraw my money for months. I have emailed customer service several times, but I have not received a response. When I realized I had been conned and my money was lost, I became worried. C_O_N_C_E_P_T_S_T_R_D_C_0_M, fortunately Legal Counsel is available to assist you in getting your money back from these scammers.

Don't touch AXA insurance with a barge poll. My friends son was killed in a car accident and they still haven't had the insurance payout. AXA are using everything excuse to get out of paying including that an interim death certificate isn't good enough, funny as it was good enough to burry him

Had an accident in June and the communication has been awful, when I have managed to speak to someone, they’ve lied about what’s going on with my claim. Then to be told they are waiting on a an email from me with specific details. (Which was sent 8days prior to my call) Woman in the phone say “oh, Sorry I must of missed that email” Also what is the point of having options. Below. 1) under an hour 2) 2-3 hours 3)3-6 hours 4)6-12 hours 5)over a week. What about between 12 hours and a week?

After years of insuring my vehicle After years of insuring my vehicle, with no claims! I was denied renewal today with no explanation! I feel I have been treated unfairly and I am very upset! i Would give no stars if possible. Took my initial investment and took my friends monies too. Cannot make a withdrawal as they won’t release money. Ponzi/Pyramid scheme that someone somewhere is getting rich from whilst being untraceable Would not allow money to be withdrawn. The only relief i got was when T O N E L I M I T E D.co took over my case and got my refund for me including my profit, i would have been in debt by now if not for them.

I have been a customer of AXA for over 30 years and in my time have dealt with a lot of representatives but this morning I was blessed to deal with Jude and from the start of the conversation to the end he showed professionalism, understanding and just listened a quality not found in many. I've been attempting to withdraw my cash for months without luck. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I have yet to obtain an answer. I was concerned when I discovered I had been duped and my money had been gone. Just had my final communication with AXA. After 20 years of customer loyalty on two properties, and no claims, they have let me down "BIG TIME". I ended up having my complaint upheld and a compensation payment proposed. The problem is they never settled the original claim properly. So it's GOODBYE AXA👋👋. My advice to anyone out there is "Do not go near AXA with a barge pole"

If there was an option to give no stars, this what this company would have got... Please dont get travel insurance with these people. I purchased mine when buying a package holiday with jet2. I wasnt aware it was axa as they state that insurance is with someone else (didnt state it was underwritten by axa). My claim is still ongoing and I won't give up, next stop will be the Financial ombudsman. I was told a few days before our trip abroad that I was not fit to fly by my g.p. this was back at the beginning of April This resulted in us having to cancel our trip abroad. To say we were gutted as a family was an understatement. I opened my claim and sent requested information using their online portal, then heard nothing until several working days later via an email requesting all the same information to be sent online. I complied. Again waited several working days then the request for a medical certificate came. This was on top of a letter from my g.p. my g.p. fees for this were £30 as he'd already provided necessary info. Again waited 10 working days and heard nothing. Rang them on the 10th May to which they told me they'd put an urgent request on my claim. Heard nothing and rang them again on the 17th May. This was when one of their agents said that it was all complete and I was just now waiting on a settlement letter and should expect this in 5 to 10 working days, I hasten to add that i asked her to check if they required any other information and was told they did not need anything at all. 23/5 I received an email wanting access to my full medical history 2 years prior to my travel date (has to be a pdf) so no screenshots of my medical history from my nhs app. Rang them 24th May. Asking why they needed this information and why I was told to expect a settlement letter. Agent just said that it was the medical team that had requested it and their was nothing they could do. 4 weeks later I'm still trying to get full access to my medical history from my g.p. that fulfills the insurers request. This isn't a slur on my g.p. they are trying to help. Rang axa back today asking for the phone number for the ombudsman and clarification of what they were expecting from my g.p. they want my history as one download able pdf document which includes meds, consultations and test results. This is information they have already had?! It was at this point that I looked at their reviews. 🙈😕 I can't tell you the amount of stress and anxiety this is causing. The lost hours, days and minutes. I expect there will be many more but I have not yet given up.

Was a passenger in a car was hit on left hand side by a car that did not yeald to the right damaged teeth 20 months later still not received a dime no contact nothing they should be thrown out of the Irish market
