Se seriously horrible service, you have to call them 15-20 times they still don’t do there job. Called them last week and they were rude and sarcastic and they blame everything on coronavirus... I mean common man It’s a house insurance and they work from home !!! Same as everyone else and we are not rude back to neither our colleagues or clients ... would never recommend this in a million years

Fraudulent trading practices. Fraudulent 5 star reviews. If there was ever proof that the devil exists it's this company. Don't bother taking your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (currently being advertised on LBC Radio) they are a tax payer funded bunch of corrupt mobsters and ill educated morons placed there to drain your time and energy and stop you getting your money back from these monsters. The customer happy with their AXA car insurance is in for a surprise. Maybe the insurance seems cheaper now but wait till there's a claim. We had a minor car accident, hitting a stationery car while pulling out of a parking space. A couple of small dents resulted to the stationery car with no damage to our car. AXA with the claim going in from the dented car owner have increased our car insurance by 75%. And this is also at a time of crisis due to the Coronavirus. We're on lockdown and on 80% of our salary. AXA are greedy profiteers. AVOID!!!

How to take money from us for insurance - they love it ! That to give back money - so they immediately phones do not work, and the online form does not work !!! I do not recommend anyone to contact them ! Maksim Ankov. Police number : 500323293. 30/03/2020

One off the worst insurance companies out there please try to avoid at any cost. I had an accident as soon I phoned axa insurance they told me to take the blame for the fault without Evan having to hear my side off the story and During the whole ordeal They where rude unprofessional unhelpful and most off there engineers are soo rude it’s was unbelievable. I have a fully comprehensive insurance policy with axa when it came for them to fix my car they told me to find my own repair shop which I did and when I asked regarding the payment they become very rude please avoid at all cost it’s not a good insurance company waste off money

Terrible customer service, case handler is absolutely rubbish, no response or letters as promised. I have been past from pillar to post. They had forgotten about my claim and are now trying to pursue the cost from the third party almost 2 years later. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Like many others AVOID AVOID AVOID They haven’t settled 2 vehicle claims and a third party property damage. Quick to take the money - but what’s the point, if they don’t pay out ( when you need them to )

This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. I cannot believe this company is still trading. Clearly the employees of this company are trained to lie and deceive people and do everything they can to avoid paying out on claims. I am owed £400 by AXA and almost 18 months on I am still waiting on the money. They do not even bother replying to the Financial Ombudsman. Become a customer of this insurance company at your peril. The owners of this company are disgusting animals and should be struck off companies House and imprisoned for fraduelent trading practices.

They do not call you back when they say they will, still waiting to get my sons car back on road since mid Dec 2019 but they are happy to take £1200 for his premium, they also take well over an hour sometimes to answer the phone my average wait is 43 minutes. Shocking keep well from them

Avoid at all costs not worth the hassle if you need to claim Someone used me to stop 3 weeks ago, so non fault. Not heard a thing since i reported it, must have spent 15hrs of my life to date trying to speak to people, i have supplied all information to date, not bothered chasing the other party, not bothered getting my car looked at and not bothered getting my injuries sorted either, if your rich, great you pay for everything and then they will reimburse you when or if they can be bothered to do anything

A complicated , too many ‘Get out clauses ‘. Too interested in getting your complaint heard but not interested in giving a fair and transparent service. For £90 a month I expect far better. Do not recommend.

I had health insurance through my work with Axa. When I tried to get seen by a specialist they just kept sending more paperwork to be completed by the GP which cost me £40 each time. After the 3rd lot of paperwork the GP advised that Axa never pay out unless you have an MHD policy. (Medical History Disregard.) This means that even if you have never suffered from something before, because you cannot ever actually prove that, the medical insurance is useless without MHD. I have cancelled my policy and saved the tax from this useless 'benefit'!

Again went online. Took out house and building insurance, same cover at a very good premium
