“Not bad for price, yet if they could reduce or refund the fee(cost) even partly if not claimed I think that would keep people coming back year after year”

“On 2 May 2024 I phoned Budget Vap warranty department to cancel my warranty the guy who assisted me was so rude, the call was cut off before we finished the conversation and he never bothered to call back to complete he went straight to sending a cancellation letter, so bloody rude”
