☹️ missed payment date because card details were incorrect. Phoned as soon as I received your email about this. Call centre weren't help, got charged £25 but they wouldn't lower this fine. Won't be insuring with this company again

They promised a guaranteed return on my investment but after investing my life savings, I got nothing in return. They seemed legitimate at first, but it was all a scam. I urge people to stay away from awful platforms and not risk their hard-earned money like I did. Over the last two years the policy price has doubled and I don't seem to have as much cover, despite being a customer for nearly 20 years and never making a claim. On top of this I can't seem to figure out how to cancel the policy without incurring an unfair fee. I haven't wanted to continue with this since the price doubled but the policy automatically renews and it shouldn't. I should be informed that my policy is about to end, with at least a month notice and then asked if I wanted to renew it or not. At the moment I don't get a choice in the matter and I feel this is wrong

Been with budget insurance for a number of years and been fine till renewal this year. I’ve had no claims but my premium went up stupidly. Got a quote from NFU which was around £100 cheaper so gave budget a call and suddenly it was matched 🤷🏻‍♂️. What’s happened to loyalty for insuring every year ? Same again next year I’m with NFU I shouldn’t have to be taking my time to get a better quote as a loyal customer 😤

My home insurance has gone up by around £20 month. Have had it long time never made claim. As I work for nhs different shifts ect. if I had known this wouldn't have renewed by the time read information it had already been renewed. Too late then. If nothing changed same amount cover never claimed how can this be. Being loyal isn't worth it. You get fleeced.

I think my policy has gone up so much it’s ridiculous, tried speaking to someone on the phone they wasn’t really interested, also tried to change my payment details and found it hard going , eventually I did change my card details . I then paid it all off . Not the end ,I got a letter asking me to pay , also emails saying I haven’t paid , I ignored them I checked my account and you have received my payment . I have been with budget for years , but I feel this year it has changed not for the best unfortunately .

My payment last year was rejected by my credit card company who are not able to explain why, which resulted in me be charged £20 which only came to light this year when I received an email from your credit control dept.

Wife and myself in car crash before Christmas, driver of transit going the wrong way on a dual carriageway (see photo). Daughter contacted company on my behalf as I was hospitalised. Apart from giving a case number nothing else. When able to follow up the following March, the experience from then until now as case not resolved is extremely disappointing. Apart from the underwriters and solicitor who have been very helpful (hence the two stars) the other draw a zero; that also includes the police as well. Its' all down to communication, keeping me in loop. For example in my account there's a space for showing active cases - on mine it's blank! I have to contact either by email or phone. It would be nice if someone contacted me even to say there's no progress. My wife and myself are still recovering the effects of the crash and me from two ops to rebuild my right elbow. I know cases of this sort take time, but being left in the dark doesn't help.

You doubled my insurance for no reason not had a claim got another years no claims but it's gone up £500 for no reason I no insurances go up but that's ridiculous not happy

Its such as shame that after being a customer for over 3 years, when i get my renewal its £8 more every month. Out of curiosity, i checked on a comparison website, & all quotes on there were fair less that i paid with Budget.

Had I not been unwell and unable to sort my insurance out I would have left you. As a company if think a 25% increase is acceptable then you’re wrong. I will definitely be leaving next year
