I had an email from you asking me to write a review. When I renewed my policy the beginning of February I asked for a hard copy of my policy. I didn't receive one. I've now had an email to write a review for Dial Direct, I've got no policy to recap my information, so I cannot complete it. My emails don't go back far enough to review the information on the email of my renewed policy. Please will you send me a hard copy of my renewed contract.

Dial direct made me to join RAC and they failed to deliver when I had breakdown.I reported to dial direct.Please I don't want to use RAC again.Could you stop deducting money for that,as I don't want to deal with them again.

Hi can l cone bck to yo police though u failed me to fix scratches Nd dent till I cancelled yo insurance so lm asking to go back but cancelled that one paid R181 for scratch Nd dents coz they failed me from Nokuthula ID no 7502251037089
