Taken money not only twice but also third amount. Told me your mistake! Where is the refund and the numerous promised calls from so called customer services 🤷‍♀️ Promised called 9am this morning after speaking to you last night. ... oh what a surprise no call !! Do not use this company ever

Taken the payment upfront then proceeded for ten months to take another 1.5 times the amount again! Then pretended they were giving me a free year when in fact they have taken money! Do not use! They say it’s there fault but not refunding. Disgraceful company and be wiser if you do not use them

As with other comments on here a complete sham of a company. I have been charged £100 plus admin fees for cancelling. They then hounded me for even more money when I refused to pay as I had not been sent their terms and conditions. Avoid

Was offered a £10,000 quote on a £500 car online couple minutes later I was then called up And a women transferred me to there sales team where I waited on hold for 10 minutes then was hung up on so I called the number back and then waited on hold again and was hung up on. customer service - -10/10 Utter Joke for giving a £10000 quote for a £500 car try rob you out of money

did quotation with Confused.com with final price of some £450 for van insurance. I ve been satisfied so bought full year policy. After 2 days they called me back to confirm details, nothing changed and i have been told to pay double that price or cancel policy and pay leaving fee. Never again deal with them.

Please don't use this insurance broker go to money supermarket or compare the market. I cancelled down my 78 year old dads car insurance yesterday that I rang directly to obtain the day before, they were charging him £700! He has a completly clean licence and small car, I was able to get 57 lenders and not one of them was above £250 the policy I took out for him was £199, I even applied direct through there website with all his details and it was only £314 I questioned as to why the premium is double if you call... They couldn't answer me, he was charged £50 to cancel it. Please please don't use them

No clue about customer care Clearly the training with this company is attack formation. No clue why they are calling me so. All to be confronted by a lady with no customer service or listening skills whatsoever. When I find out why they are calling I most certainly not will not care. And certainly will never use them

During the current covid 19 situation , be wiser have been terrible . No communication between departments , no reading of notes on file before ringing , offering deals , then saying they can’t do that because you’ve paid the deposit online . Be glad when both policies are finished so I don’t have to deal with you again .

Started okay renewed policy without asking me then wanted loads of money to cancel made paying remainder difficult avoid a nightmare if I could get my hands on the person on the other end of phone he would be toast

These people are absolute, utter pests. I visited some car insurance comparison sites and as a result Bewiser rang my number multiple times a day. Completely unsolicited nuisance calls.

After having car insurance the Be Wiser for 3 years I asked for a renewal quote which was too expensive so I cancelled the policy AFTER the end of the monthly payment. They are now hounding me for the money for this year even though I have produced evidence that I no longer have that vehicle and I have paid everything I owed up!! They have even put a Debt recovery company on to me!!

Absolute wankers my van was stolen and instead of any sympathy these idiots kept trying to take payments,when I spoke to a few of these people they actually thought they were rocky Balboa on the phone 'telephone tough guys' ,,but it was actually the most stupid button pushing women who got me so frustrated,always paid a extortionate price on my van of 240 a month this was over a year next year 180 as I always paid my insurance on time you would think these people would respect and also offer to help you when your vehicle was stolen instead of trying to fleece you for money and try belittling you over the phone.Absoulte filth I'd love to get my hands on the cocky fuckers which handle there phone lines.

Wish I could leave a 0 star! Took out a policy in August then in December a problem with our bank meant a missed payment. we received nothing from them just a email of cancellation of the 30th December stating the policy been cancelled on the 5th December?? and we needed to pay £100 for the fees plus other fees of £40. I called them asked if we could pay the full outstanding balance for the year which was about £260 was told no and if we don’t pay the £140 it will be sent to debt collections and they would be more fees on that I asked about complaints was told I needed to search the site for them and she could not tell me anything about making one! shows sometimes the best price is not the one to go with I will never use again

When I first tried to open a policy I made a mistake in the application, this was eventually realised by both myself and yr company,after discussion with one of your helpful advisors the original policy was cancelled and a new one set up all happening on the same day by Barclays visa debit card. Unfortunately Barclays then paid you in full for both policies! I quickly emailed your advisors who also quickly responded promising to reimburse me the cancelled policy. Unfortunately I still have not received that money...still waiting 8 months later,please see the transactions from that time..

Got quote online for £160.You then have to validate policy.After wasting hours of my time trying to validate they increased my policy by 50%.I therefore decided to cancel my policy.Despite assurances that there would be no admin fee they then charged me £20.As others have stated I would give a no star rating if this was possible.DO NOT USE.
