Do not under any circumstances even consider insuring anything with these Stetson wearing cowboys,transferred from Bennett’s as I needed multi bike modern and classic for 4 bikes,received my documents and found I’d been charged £61 for breakdown cover,rang for a refund and was told it’s included,however under ADDITIONAL COVER section £61.55 had been taken.At no point during the quote was I asked about breakdown as I’m already covered by Green Flag.Now they are refusing a refund,and will charge me £50 to cancel plus an additional admin charge ( think of a number)Complaints procedure is a joke as no one replies . Also seen on my policy that they receive a profit share if Breakdown cover sales are reached. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Absolutely shocking company used my credit card details without my permission they kept passing me back and forth to different people and the story kept changing, A WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THIEVES, lowest of the lowest never again will i use robbing nash insurance

Appalling customer service! Took 3 months to get a conclusive answer regarding my historic payments for a court case! Took on average 3-4 weeks per response via email! Each response was so vague and just wasted time to actually get to the historic statements. I tried to speed the process up via phone-call but was told that only the email team could deal with historic transactions. Save yourself the hastle and take your custom elsewhere!

Tried to cancel my insurance today because it was duplicated as I now have a motor traders policy and they wanted as much to cancel the policy as it would be to keep it going Was then told that I needed to cancel the policy and pay the rest in full because you can't insure a car twice which I do understand but would still cost me the full amount I could then be passed to zenith insurance because Carole Nash are the brokers but they would pass me back to Carol Nash I would definitely not recommend this set of clowns as a so called car insurance company they are just a glorified debt management firm Shocking service

Not even worth one star. Had to cancel after 3 months because I sold my car so they charge you £30 which is normal but they give you some rubbish about premiums so I had to pay my full policy cover. Will never use and will actively warn people of using this dreadful two bit operation. Avoid at all costs!

Over 1 hour on the phone for a 3 bike policy. Quote came in over £120 more expensive than best quote. When I mentioned my premium expectation, the price dropped by £100 immediately. Apparently staff can find discounts to apply but obviously not from the outset? Also they provide the opportunity for customers to select voluntary excess but won't tell you if that actually makes a difference to the policy. Won't touch Carole Nash with a barge pole from now on. Not sure what they're playing at. Only positive was the friendly call centre person.

I have been insured with Carole Nash for over 10 years on a 6 wheeled policy. My renewal came on the 19th of July and was £200 more expensive than the previous year! I phoned their office and spoke to a operative who could not give me a reason for the increase! To cut a very long story short I spoke to 5 different people who could not help so I asked to speak to a manager and I was informed this is not possible! the manager has to ring the customer within 72 hours and of course this never happened. I still have proof of my NCB with wrong dates on their correspondence and you cannot get any one to sort this out! Please for your own sanity stay away from Carole Nash!! This company was the best to deal with now it is ABYSMAL!!

This is now a terrible company to deal with, 12 months of negative reviews says it all, what happened to this great Insurance Broker? You only know how good a broker is when it comes to making a claim, amending your policy, change of bike, renewal or cancelling a policy and Carole Nash are probably the worst brokers out there, I have been riding for over 45 years with 11 years NCB, recently just 6 weeks into my policy I changed my bike, nothing sporty, nothing of huge value and yet they wanted over double the yearly cost just to change a few details, I requested to cancel and they offered me £21 refund for a policy less than 2 months old, I contacted them and informed them of my disgust and they just were not interested, they said they would up the refund to £32 if I took out another policy with them online, I got a quote which was almost 3 times more than on the comparison site and that was with the same insurance company. Avoid at all costs, there are far better insurance brokers out there who are more dedicated Motorcycle insurers. So stop wasting your money on events and look after the bikers before you have none left.

I had a policy with Just Motorcycle insurance who are owned by Carol Nash. I gave them 2 weeks notice that I didn’t require a renewal of my insurance. No problem I was told, it won’t renew. Few days later I got a reminder that my insurance was due for renewal. I called them again and reminded them I’d cancelled and sold the bike. Same story, it won’t renew. Got an email and a text today thanking me for renewing with them. Called them and was told money had been taken from my account to pay for the policy I’d cancelled. I was then informed it was a computer error and I’ll get my payment back in 2 weeks!! I can pay them instantly over the phone but it takes bunch of incompetent idiots 2 weeks to give me by the money they in effect stole from my account. Avoid Carol Nash and just motorcycle insurance. Useless

I took insurance with them in 2020 because it had family lawyer fees help up to £50,000. I and daughter were in car accident in March 2021. I needed a lawyer as I received internal injuries and needed a lawyer. I contacted Carol Nash as needed the paperwork. I waited a week, nothing came by post or email. I kept calling and calling and in the end emailed complaining. They blamed their underwriter. The underwriter blamed carol nash. By this time I had to contact lawyers but had no guarantee of fees helped by Carol Nash. the result was the driver the drove into me got his insurer to pay his lawwer and he got compensated- I could not pay a lawyer therefore no one would take my case. I never got a penny of compensation over CN not sending paperwork and when they did contact me after I complained it was far too late- the lawyers all went away, It was too late to claim- Carol nash is a terrible company to deal with.

Like so many of the other comments, I cancelled my CN insurance, I had six months left, I was initially told that I would get a 20% refund! As I had paid my insurance in one go. Great ! Until I was told that they were going to charge me just over 65% of the premium to cancel? After much laughing with the chap on the phone, he didn’t charge me but I didn’t get anything back. They have had my full payment for the year and still wanted to charge me not far off the same again to cancel !! Sorry C N never again and I have used you several times over the years. Great business model.

Previously agreed the value of van in the price, this time they sneakily charged me over £29.00 for the privilege when they told me to do it. Last time I insure my bikes or vans with this company. I made a complaint but as yet have not been contacted surprise surprise.

Avoid at ALL costs.. I had bike insurance wiv this company for over 20 years. I had an accident in my WORK van, then i get emails from CN saying they was cancelinl my insurance, cause ive not given um details of my van accident.!!!!!! Bin a biker over 40 years, and always used CN. Ive a lot of biker buddies, an il tell um to avoid CN!!!! ;-(

Don't waste your money! Huge excess fees and got to pay to get them reduced, and still higher than other places! Cannot cancel policy within 14 days unless you pay £25 and have to pay extra to ride your bike to a single place of work. Not recommended!

After being with CN for more years than they had records, I decided to check out another company for the same deal on renewal. quoted £700 cheaper (new premium £300). It turns out that CN deal very closely (pun intended) with CLOSE BROTHERS Finance, who charge 50% of the premium as a LOAN. CN are not for bikers, they are for money only and you will find many cheaper and less grubby Insurance/loan companies out there. Consider a cheaper way to go direct to a bank and get a loan from them first if you wanted to afford these prices. Lets not forget your money is financing large shows and other advertising scams. Shop around always, check the amounts always, check and detail your renewal, always (this is what cost me so much over the years).

Cancelled classic moped policy, as I sold the bike. They seemed to forget this, and continued taking payment. Called them, and they then wanted a cancellation fee higher then the policy!
