“Utterly appalling.. renewal price was £307 more than online price with ... Kwikfit insurance!!!!! and I got called a liar when I told the tele sales guy... who then cut me off. Phoned again (27 mins later) cancelled policy! Cancellation fee £50, £69 change of address fee (even though I'd changed it in Mar when I moved, when I was told it was £30 admin fee but no record of that conversation exists ) and an Admin fee of £30 for - Admin? I queried it and was cut off ... I went online to pay fee, to discover you have to phone up if I wanted to pay online because my policy was on 'old system' so I couldn't pay online... 19 minutes later I am free of kwikfit insurance forever ... yay!”

“Think that they were very poor because when we moved homes they charge to change address had to ask 4 times for my documents and when we moved homes they put a big charge on and increased my insurance witch I had to pay and when I broke down they couldn't find me on the system not happy with them at all”

“Had a very nice guy phone a few days after purchasing my policy just to go over it and to make sure i was happy with what i was getting... They were Very helpful and polite when I spoke to them on the phone regarding fixing my windscreen. Information that was given was clear and understood.. Would recommend to my family or friends..”

“Get quoted on comparison sites, but when I link through to buy their insurance I go through all their screens only for them to tell me that they can't insure me based on the information provided! Waste of time.”

“Firstly all insurance companys steel from you ... so you need to steel bk how? ...easy 1.change followin details 2. if you just bought the car say you have owned it at least one year .your qoute will dropby40 to 50 persent. 3.tell them your car is parked on road outside your home... if you say its locked away price go,s up. 4.miles for the year never pick less the 5k or price go,s p 5”

“Took out a policy as old one had ran out and only needed cover until my car was sold. Only costs £195 per year fully comp for my car, paid £25 initial payment. Had the policy for 14 days, phoned up to cancel, had to wait on the phone being passed from one person to another as they had several "systems" eventually had to pay £77 to just end the policy. So paid over half a years insurance for just 14 days. Will never use again. Their garages are a total rip off and run by morons too.”

“Went to kwik fit wigan branch, for simple slow puncture repair. I was charged £26.50. I have found out since that usual the price is around 5 -10£. In addition to this the mechanic tried to persuade me a £250 repair was necessary for a back that was sticking. I have since found out ( mechanic) that this was a complete lie and that there was nothing wrong with the brakes at all. Do not use this garage unless you want to be scammed.”
