This is the worst insurance company you will ever find, if you have an accident or need help with any thing all they will do is pass you on to Allianz, there nearly impossible to get hold of, I would rather walk then insure my car with these people avoid like the plague

Same as every company. Hike your price at renewal and hope the customers ignorance lets it automatically renee. Spoke to Deborah Maguire and she is a boss there and she says it's how bizniss is run

Absolutely appaling service. I had an accident. Called 5 different 'kwik-fit' numbers. All put me through to the same service where I spent several minutes each time going through a range of options 'to help improve their service'. Eventually, every call would just hang up - so my car is just stuck by the roadside. Could have simply told me they were closed when I first rang instead of going through all that crap. System written by idiots.

crap company people stay well clear can not contact them to change my car policy plus my online account is absolute useless with them to view any documents or change a policy details waste of time stick to fitting tyres cowboys

WINDOW SMASHED ,TOOK KWICK FIT NEARLY SIX WEEKS TO REPLACE! FIRST THEY COULD NOT FIND MY POLICY,THEN THEY WERE DEMANDING CREDIT CARD DETAILS BEFORE THEY WOULD SEND AN EMERGANCY BOURD UP TEAM.FRIDAY NIGHT SO TOLD I HAD TO RING UP SATURDAY TO MAKE CLAIM ,RAN SATURDAY TO RAISE CLAIM AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE INTOUCH MONDAY.HAD TO RING BACK MONDAY AND WAS TOD IT WAS AN OUT OF HOURS CLAIM SO THEY COULD NOT DEAL WITH IT AS IT WAS A DIFFERENT TEAM ,NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING .TOOK WEEKS JUST TO COME AND MEASURE THE WINDOW AND THEN THAT APPOITMENT WAS MESSED UP (IT WAS CHANGED TO A MORNING APPT ,WHEN AN AFTERNOON ONE WAS MADE BY THEM ,NO ONE KNEW WHY!!!)THE STRESS CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY WAS NOT WORTH THE CHEAPER PREMIUM.THE WINDOW PAIN WOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITHIN 10 DAYS HAD I NOT GO THROUGH KWICK FIT.

Every interaction with this company has been appalling. Do not insure with Kwik Fit - god help you when your patience is tested to the limit when you need to urgently speak to them about anything, like a break-down.

Nothing positive to say absolute joke company took money without giving me any insurance cover and never reply to emails and well good luck if you try to call must only have one lazy person on other end and unless you want to waste a day of your life on hold ..... buy cover elsewhere !!!

Awful.never answers the phone.cannot get any documents even after setting up my it account.11 days after paying in full still no certainty l am insured.they don't know what they are doing.avoid.

Awful company. Please don't go to them. They asked for some documents I emailed faxed texted still claims have't received the documents and as I have missed the deadline I have to pay £100 for cancellation. The insurance policy was £400 all together 30% cancelation fee for something which was never started at the first place

In an accident but driver was uninsured, kwik fit washed there hands and referred me to the underwriters who have given me nothing but hassle, no courtesy car, no repair to my car even though I'm pay fully comp. kwik fit appears in my bank statement not the underwriters. If you have any brains give them a wide berth, oh and most of all if you change job or if you get a job even if the car does not get used remember to call kwik fit

Disgusting awful. DO NOT USE THEM ! Can't get through for hours can't get to cancel policy. No renewal quote but they renew anyway and charge you half a year for not being able to cancel it !!! Awful awful awful

Stay well clear. Just noticed they have taken a big lump of money out my account without sending any reminders texts or emails. They said they have sent 4 letters which is an absolute joke. Won't refund money and now want another lump of payment to cancel. How can you pay £38 a month and then jump to £116 a month. Disgraceful. Stay well well clear

Very disappointed in service, had someone increase our van insurance for a COMMUNITY samba band which forced sale of the van after loosing over £700.00 we had to sell the van to make up for that loss, cancelled my policy with 2 months left on it due to the increased premiums, now having to transfer money to two separate accounts one of which will have to be my personal account, I will then be taxed on the transaction. Not happy. They are apart of express insurance which with my motorcycle insurance well selling the bike 6 months after the renewal due to having an engine problem I was unable to fix, I had to pay over 150% on top to cancel a policy for £156.50 their reason for this was because I was wanting to only ride my motorcycle during the summer yet I had already had the bike insured with them for 2 years prior and was my only means of transport and also cancelled policy 2 weeks into spring. Also payed for a security device which cost me £70 didnt receive and after calling them several times I still didnt receive this but I had an insult of a refund of just £17.50...

Motor Insurance customer service is very poor,whatever you do dont trust them with your bank account. They take payments when they shouldn't, can't get to speak to anyone promptly if at all.They only helful when they want you to renew,and told them the service was disappointing, the girl said she couldn't do anything about that and go somewhere else !!!!!!

I have been trying to contact Kwik Fit for over a week now to change my car over and have not been able to get through or get a call back. I've tried Calling, Emailing and Twitter to get no reply what so ever. I can't even get through to cancel my policy as the automated recording says they are too busy to take my call. Simple business model GET MORE STAFF!! As soon as i can get through to a human I will be cancelling my policy, STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Really bad telephone service ,good staff when you eventually get through to someone but feel it's not worth the hastle of phoneing wil be going elsewhere for insurance In future
