I changed my information twice. Wasn't sure if I wanted to get the car I eventually decided on. Must have been a pain for the guys but they were really helpful and sorted things out , no problem. Recommended !!

Before I purchased I rang to ask about business insurance I was told that I did not need it but my employers insisted when I rang them back they told I would have to pay another 40 pounds. Other insurance companies did not chare fir business use

Easy to access website, competitive quotes but cannot cope with multiple drivers in terms of NCD. Stayed with original insurer. Disappointed.

Impossible to open a bank account. I keep receiving letters, emails and texts asking me to bring my ID document at the closest branch. I did it three times and every time I was told everything was OK and I would receive a confirmation of the actual opening of my bank account. But that never happened. And I keep receiving notifications to show up and bring in my document, but I won't repeat the mistake for the fourth time. Awful service

Bought through Lloyds bank but passed through to underwriter (AVIVA) at every request/complaint - appalling experience with AVIVA, inadequate and erroneous communication, took two months to resolve the claim, and only I fortuitously caught the underwriters garage in a mis-communication with Mercedes Benz that initially led them to decline the claim. No support from Lloyds.

My card was recently cloned and someone had taken a huge sum of money from me which I was completely unaware of because of how fast it had happened. Lloyds bank sent me an automated text to confirm that I'd made the transactions and I replied that I had not. No more than 2 minutes later I recieved a call from their Fraud department & my bank account was frozen immediately, all of my money was refunded and they had a new card on the way for me. I cannot thank them enough for the great service because if it was not for the speed that they acted in I would have not known for days & the situation could have been a lot worse than it was. Having this happen to you makes you feel very stressed and cautious (obviously) but the Gentleman I spoke to on the phone from Lloyds Fraud department made me feel calm and reassured me that they had everything under control and sorted out for me. I just had to carry on with my day-to-day things whilst they resolved what had happened. Thank you!

More than doubled my premium on renewal (no claims, no accidents, no changes in risk). No explanation offered when I asked why. Insured elsewhere at 50% of renewal quote. Also renewed automatically without sending me notices although I specifically opted out of this when I took out the policy so I only saw this when I got a customer satisfaction survey email...

I have been also a loyal customer for 15 years, but they have no loyalty or concern for their clients. I have had a total loss claim (non fault) they refer you to an accident management company (Incident Management Solutions)who deal with this in an unprofessional and uncommunicative manner, they lie that they try and get the best deal for you from the 3rd party as all they do is paper pushing, they are not out to get you the best for your vehicle 27K vehicle offered 15K and this was not the 3rd party offer but the accident management company working on my behalf and said they will not try and get anymore for me even with evidence Thanks a lot, money for old rope ...... I'm am now dealing with the third party myself and getting somewhere 4 weeks down the line.... wonder if they will pay me for doing this ... doubt it !!!!

My mum has been a current bank account holder with Lloyds for 10 years plus and recently took out her car insurance with them. There was no loyalty for going with them. Her car was hit today as it was parked in a designated car space by a lorry who's passenger side door wide open and drove off. Luckily there are some decent people out there who got the number plate of this lorry. However Lloyds has written off her car because the damage was 'too costly' for them. WHAT DO WE PAY INSURANCE FOR?! The car was dented and the back lights were smashed. HOW IS THIS A WRITE OFF?! It has left my full time working mum carless without receiving any compensation for something that was not her fault. DO NOT GO WITH LLOYDS INSURANCE AS THEY WILL NOT COVER YOU.

**NO LOYALTY** After 10 years with Lloyds/Lloyds TSB extremely horrified that they have no interest in keeping their customers. Complained about some unfair overdraft charges total of £10 and was told "nothing we can do". After saying I was going to move to First Direct, there was no attempt to say well we can look into it further. In hindsight it probably cost the same amount to service my complaint online and on twitter which is just abhorrent.

Since taking our policy we have had issues sorting out our no claims from prev insurer. Lloyds promised to deal with this in November last year and it still hasn't been resolved! I have been promised call backs and no calls are returned. Iv spent time and money trying to resolve this and as a result have lost my no claims and paying a higher premium than I was originally quoted. Very poor service.

I found that the actual process of getting the insurance with Lloyds very easy, being able to print my documents was also easy and quick. I have changed my vehicle half way through the year and found that changing the vehicle details also a breeze. All in all a very easy and good provider of car insurance.

Great price. Excellent experience switching my insurance to Lloyds. everything made easy and easy to understand. Needed to call to change something on the policy and that was done with ease. Advised my husband to take out his next policy and he had the same help and politeness from Lloyds advisers.

Purchasing was easy but there was an issue with my proof of NCB which resulted in lloyds cancelling my policy and notifying me 2 weeks later. Raised an official complaint which was dealt with fairly well but then when I moved house and changed address I was basically fined 30 pounds and my payments went up despite the fact I moved to a better area with a private drive and garage and had previously been parking on the main road in the town centre! Ridiculous!!! I again raised a complaint and as a goodwill they cancelled the 30 pounds fine but I would certainly not recommend. I cannot wait until my year is up! (I have been driving for 15 years and had no claims etc and this is the worst car insurance provider i have ever dealt with)
