I was sent tulips for Mothers Day There were 37 - 34 pink and 3 purple! Strange mix and presumably not as advertised. They were very slim and small headed and overall pretty disappointing. As a flower arranger I know there are wonderful types of tulip available so why send such a poor variety? I was sent tulips for Mothers Day There. There were 34 pink and 3 purple - strange mix . They were very thin and small headed and overall unimpressive and disappointing. As a flower arranger arranger I am aware there are wonderful varieties of tulips so why choose such a very poor variety - certainly I would never buy such tiny / thin tulips .

I ordered the pale lemon bouquet for my sister for her 50th birthday , they arrived but the white and pink roses looked awful, got hold of customer services who ordered a replacement bouquet and they turned up looking even worse than the first ones , clearly there was an issue with the flowers , customer services were great but was not expecting such poor quality flowers . So I absolutely have only good things to say about the customer service team but 2 attempts to celebrate my sisters birthday and the flowers clearly are nothing like the standards I expected from M&S!!!! Refund on a gift card too so they still get my money

I received flowers today , bought internationally, from a dear friend who probably paid an arm and a leg for. She would be devastated to learn that the name if Marks and Spencer could send out such old flowers which were clearly 'hand picked' to get rid of the oldest blooms first. I will be advising her to save her money next time.

2stars for the chocolates... broken and brown heads of 3 white roses,2 red berry stems,1 broken, the other mouldly ..have not got the heart to tell my daughter in law what a waste of her hard earned cash. Reading other reviews and photos of the above,it is clear that the topic of my complaint is quite a common factor. Come on M&S,do your buyers take no notice of the poor reviews??? I would not advise buying on line bouquets from yourselves, good money with kind thoughts, insulted by end result.

Received a mixed M & S bouquet from a friend as a Birthday gift. All the blooms looked well on arrival of the evening delivery but by first thing next morning the white rose heads were turning brown and the rest of the flowers wilting despite following the instructions to a t. Have had Bloom and Wild delivered flowers that didn't look too great on delivery but came into their own and lasted nearly 4 weeks! The M & S flowers are of shocking quality and a complete waste of money! Don't bother ordering M & S flowers!

My wife loves stargazer Lillie's. Recently spent £45 on a bunch to mark her retirement. She received lots of bunches of flowers. Regrettably only after 7 days the flowers have faded badly and started to turn brown and we have had to throw them out. Out of the 5 bunches she received the M and S lilies are the first to go. Very disappointed. Can't recommend and won't be buying from them again.

Very disappointed with M&S Indian favourites box (menu to share) We followed the timmings for cooking and the end result came as a surprise of congieled sauces that did not even emulate the photo's on the box .At over £12.00 I feel the same product at under four pounds less is far nicer from Morrisons. This is inclusive of larger portions ,far higher flavours and larger plus lighter textured onion bhajis. Sadly M and S you really let us time this time .

Ordered a Blush Rose Abundance and Swiss chocolate package for my elderly mothers birthday on 19 September. It didn't arrive. On the tracking note it said non delivery because of damage. Spoke to customer service and replacement order arranged and was delivered 20 September (2 days after her birthday). NO CHOCOLATES. Spoke to customer services again and apparently they can't send just chocolates so they will arrange a refund. My poor 89 year old mother didn't get flowers on her actual birthday and now isn't getting chocolates? Really disappointed.

Really disappointed in the small bouquet delivered to my friend. It cost £40 and looked more like a £25 bouquet. Not using M&S again for flowers.

This is the second time within three weeks I have received sub standard flowers and a sub standard service from M&S. My mothers day flowers arrived no where near the stated time and apparently the deliverer could not find my address. A further bunch of roses were sent - but were not the best quality and some were already showing signs of brown fading and did not last 7 days. Yesterday I received a further bouquet which probably cost a lot of money. ALL of the roses had brown edges, some of the tulips were good - others fully open. I cannot recommend M&S flowers any longer

I ordered flowers for my mum and flowers for my mother in law, both for mothers day. Mum rang to say 2 Rose heads and 1 tulip head were broken and that the foliage was squashed. Mum said that it looked as if the flowers had been stored somewhere for a couple of days and then rammed into the box. I immediately rang Customer Services and they arranged for a new delivery to be sent next Thursday. Mother in law sent me a photo of her roses. They looked different to the original photo on the website. Very disappointed with Marks & Spencers and won't order from them again.

My wife received flowers for Mother’s Day, no water, blooms wilting and of lower than expected quality. This is the third time it’s happened, and don’t want to tell sender (Son), so they feel disappointed, so have to pretend they’re ok. 2.2 Overall score, M&S you should be ashamed!! Also, adding photos box doesn’t work.

My daughter ordered flowers for me as a special thank you for looking after her. She ordered them on 5th March, they were despatched on 13th march arrived on my door on 14th march in a very poor state !!! They were in a large glass vase there was no water in the stems were bone dry. Marks and Spencer you need to address this issue, this is not the first time this has happened to me, as a receiver and a sender. Your reputation is going downhill. Yes they gave my daughter a refund but that is no help after the event has been spoiled. We will not be patronising Marks' flowers again. I will be sure to tell family and friends as well. The outcome of having spoiled flowers delivered to your door is very sad and upsetting.
