“On line quote was slightly higher than gocompare site but Privilege honoured the lower quote without any quibble.”

“Not had to make a claim, thank God. But they are reasonable, I was with Direct Line for 19 years, and they became ridiculous in price, giving no advantage to loyalty. I looked around and found Privilage, I have since found out they are part of the Direct Line group.”

“A competitive initial premium and trouble-free experience. However, the relatively recent practice of charging admin fees for mid term adjustments is disappointing. This clearly inflates the premium and should not be charged. If a mid term adjustment alters the level of risk, an appropriate premium adjustment reflecting this for the time of risk only would be prove more acceptable to your policyholders.”

“I have found Priviledge to be very professional and easy to deal with, I changed my car just after I took out my insurance and the change in details was dealt with in easy steps. My new insurance arrived in time for me to obtain my new car. A real 11 out of 10 experience.”

“It was easy to take out the policy and when I needed to claim due to a 3rd party running into the back of my car the process was quick and easy. I did complicate things a bit by not using their approved repairer which means you have to arrange to take and collect your vehicle to and from the body shop yourself but I did get a equivalent hire car.”
