Pay a little more, you could easily regret using these lowlife fraudsters, it says a lot about our society that these A-holes are in business. There is no regulation.

Absolute nightmare of a company! Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, the phone system sends you round in circles which always ends up with 'do it online'! Email and they say they will "endeavour" to get back within 48 hours!!!! I had no confidence in them so decided to cancel my insurance after 4 days on the 'cooling off' clause. They charge for the days the car has been covered - understandable and expected - however the also charge £65 admin fee!!!!! What admin???? They didn't do anything!!!! They are proof of the saying 'if you pay peanuts you get monkies'! Pay the extra £20 or £30 and go with someone you know, it will save you in the long run - in my case £65! :(

Please don't use this company! They are horrendous!! They cancelled my insurance without notifying me of any issues, allowed me to drive my car 1 month with no insurance and I only found out because I wanted to add an extra driver to the policy. It was only then that they told me that my insurance had been cancelled!!! In all my 10 years of driving with no issues with insurance, points etc, I've never dealt with such an a ole of a company!!! When I asked them why I wasn't informed or called etc, they said that 'we are an internet based company so we don't make any contact unless it's by email!!! They have added £400 to my annual insurance!!! Don't use them!!! Their company is based in Gibraltar!!! They can all F off!!!!

I'm not the only person to say that even 1 star is too good for this terrible company. This company was suggested to me by 2 different comparison sites so I decided to get my Learner Driver Insurance with them. BIG MISTAKE! Their website told me (after I had entered all my bank details) that my transaction could not be processed and that I would have to call them. I called, got sent round in circles before even getting to speak to anybody, then got cut off completely. I assumed that - as I had been told - the transaction wouldn't be processed and so got my insurance with another company. Later that day I received an email from Quick-Sure which told me that I was covered with them! My money had been taken from my bank and as a student this meant financial difficulties for the next few months. I called them the next day to cancel my insurance and was told (by a particularly unfriendly lady) that 'the servers are down, I cant do anything'. But I was assured that they would call me to let me know when the servers were running again. Guess what, I never got a call from them. I phoned again 2 days later to cancel and another (unfriendly) lady told me that i would be charged a cancellation fee of £65 (again, I'm a penniless student). I've emailed them to point out that they are in the wrong and that I will suffer if this is not changed, but the only response I received told me that all fees are generated by the system and can't be changed. I have pointed out that 'the system' told me the transaction wouldn't go through in the first place. Over the course of a week and 2 days I have received nothing but woefully inadequate customer service and will continue to pursue this matter to a successful conclusion. TL;DR - bad phone lines, terrible customer service, they are powerless and controlled by 'the system'. WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND.

Absolutely shocking service, every time I called in with a query or an issue no one could ever help me out. I just kept getting told it was an online system and there was nothing they could do. the staff are also rather rude. I work within the insurance industry and I am absolutely appalled at the service from QUICKSURE I would not recommend this company to anyone if anything I will be warning people not to go through Quicksure as it must be one of the worst insurers I have used or come across!

They was by far the most competitive on my polo. Very easy to insure online. Done in minutes. Then I changed my car and paid a small administration fee. Online all very simple and trouble free. I would recommend.

In January 2016 I was involved in an RTA. I called my insurer Quick-Sure, who on their website and phone line claim to be one of the "UKs leading insurers". They dispatched a recovery vehicle and took my car to one of its approved garages for repair. This is where the fun begins: I was provided with 2 Audatec reports stating that my vehicle was a Category C economic write-off. The reports were based upon pictures taken of my car at the scarp yard. Quick-Sure openly admitted that no person had physically inspected my vehicle, and that the reports were based on the 6 pictures taken. I also disputed the validity of the report based upon the so-called engineer having no actual engineering qualifications except: "AFFILIATE (AFFIMI) – ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION 2016/17 (FROM APRIL 2016) £43.00 Those committed to pursuing a career in the retail automotive industry who don't yet have the experience or qualifications to join IMI as a full member, are welcome to join as an Affiliate. You'll have access to member benefits, information and training, and can upgrade to full membership status as you gain experience and qualifications." Turns out their engineer bought the letters after his name for £45 on the internet. Great. So having been left with no recourse except to accept their offer, I bit the bullet and took the pay-out. 12 months down the line I get a hand written letter through my front door from the new owner of the vehicle asking me for the keys and logbook. Turns out he had taxed and insured the vehicle using the MOT I purchased BEFORE my RTA I had 2 HPI checks done on the vehicle to confirm it had been taxed and insured using my MOT - it had. It also had no markers relating to Category C or ever having been involved in an RTA of any kind. Alarms bells are ringing - strange and suspicious. I then called the DVLA. Not only had the vehicle been repaired and sold on, it HAD NEVER BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE DVLA AS A CATEGORY C ECONOMIC WRITE OFF. I was told explicitly by the DVLA that this was the insurance companies responsibility and was obviously against the law. I have now reported this company to Trading Standards, HMRC and the Insurance Ombudsman. I also have an open case against them with the DVLA "Sensitive Casework Department" regarding Auto-Motive Insurance Fraud. After repeatedly making Quick-Sure aware of their complicity in Auto-Motive Insurance Fraud they stopped returning my phone calls and emails. People there will either deny all knowledge of the situation, claim they cannot help because they can't access the files, tell you they have forwarded it on to another department, etc, etc - essentially anything to get you off the phone at that given moment. Which is why I took to sending emails (as they are legally binding documents you can refer to in court) suddenly emails addresses disappear, people no longer work there, mail service returns sent messages due to spam. Eventually I reported the matter to the Police and I am currently beginning to build a case to litigate against them in Court. These people are unscrupulous, liars and fraudsters. (taken from their website) Quick-Sure Insurance PLC are: REGULATED BY THE FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION IN GIBRALTAR. REGULATED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF IRELAND FOR CONDUCT OF BUSINESS RULES. SUBJECT TO LIMITED REGULATION BY THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. REGISTERED IN GIBRALTAR NO. 87580 I have reported them to HMRC, Trading Standards The Police, The Insurance Ombudsman and the DVLA. I would not under any circumstances purchase insurance from this company.

Not a great experience. Really competitive premium to insure my daughter as main driver on a provisional. Went to upgrade insurance when she passed her test and premium £2,500 over the average quote. Have cancelled and hopefully that will get my refund but looking at other reviews, not confident. Should have opted for a more mainstream company. That said, I did get through on the phone and the rep I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. Please never ever get insured with this company. Your wasting your money. Yeah your covered if you get pulled but if you crash your fault/other drivers fault or weather then your in a pickle and will get nothing. They will cancel your policy without telling you and there's nothing you can do. Please please do not use this company unless your loaded and can buy a car again n get a whole new insured policy!!
