Worse customer service EVEEEEEEEEER!!!! If you have money to throw around then go with them otherwise avoid!!!!!!my husband passed away 4 months ago and after holding on line for almost an hour for 3 days I got through to a very rude woman who said they will charge £65 as cancellation fee!!!! No sympathy at all whatsoever and then she goes ahead and hangs up!!!! Do not insure with this company as you will regret it!!!!

Can't get hold of on phone, hang on for ages then get cut off. Can't access documents online, the policy documents are just not there when you log in. Only send renewals out a couple of days before due and only by email Keep you card payments to automatically renew even when expressly told not to do this. 2 days notice and £900 out of my account, which I didn't even authorise.

I can never get hold of them I have got a new car and I won't to change my car insurance to my new car but can't do it as I can't get hold of them would never ever go with them again

I was insured on a provisional for a 1.3 fiesta, mega cheap 44 quid a month. Excellent, I though. Nope. When I passed my test I tried to change my license online. I had to ring up for them to tell me to do it online, after being on hold for 45 minutes. I finally changed it, for the insurance to go up to £235 a month! Checked comparison sites etc. And managed to get a quote for £106. I rang them (again!) after being on hold (again!) for half an hour to ask to cancel. I had only been with them a week at this point so assumed I would get most of my deposit back, which was £150. Nope! Wrong again! Only getting £50 back after speaking to the rudest woman ever. Don't bother, go with someone else. You get what you pay for, and in this case you get awful service. I have never been so disgusted, ripping off newly passed drivers!

I have never seen anything like them. Went to their website through gocompare. When I was going to do the payment, their website said "Account Unavailable" every time I tried. I phoned them and after have me waiting for long time and checked my details they said they would not insure me and they hanged up the phone. No reasons given. Really rude.

Most things appear to be online with these guys. I need to upload my license and vehicle registration document but I am unable to do so. NEVER been able to get through to customer services who let me go round the system for hours on end then just cut me off. APPALLING customer service. I do not even have a number which I can call in an accident. According to the online system I don't even have a policy, just a quote, although I did receive an email when I paid for cover.

Hi it would nice to make a phone call and speak to someone ,just purchase insurance, fed up all ready ,send me a message to download my documents, seem like I have spend hours on the line

An error somewhere.... My daughter was insured as learner driver on my car. Passed test informed company and got insured as driver on my car. My car is old heading for scrap heap daughter bought new car went to same insurance company got decent price accepted and paid for insurance. Company cancelled 2 weeks later saying there was a mistake she was down as a learner driver. Company doesn't insure under 22 s . Now because of company policy we both can't drive for 5 years without horrendous £10000 cover. Daughter got to leave uni and job as can't afford to get there. What a load of rubbish this company is. 2 lives ruined. And they can't even respond in writing or to the ombudsman. Law unto their own. Horrible customer service. Don't be lured in.

I wouldn't recommend quick sure insurance to anybody. I paid an annual sum upfront, got 7 months way through and was cancelled when I needed their assistance. It made my insurance go invalid and they were below helpful!!!

AVOID!!!! This Company is a complete joke !!! My policey was cancelled as they said the bank rejected the payment but the company owed ME money and still cancelled my policy but have refunded the money into my bank ! They never rang or sent a letter so the last month I've been driving around uninsured!!! Rang up to discuss and the staff are very rude and I was continuously spoken over and talked down upon. Paid £600 pound deposit and have been refunded £130 what a joke

do not touch this company Poor customer service from only 4 people £35 to correct any slight errors £65 to cancel out even if not used

Very uncooperative. Refuse to answer and calls and when they finally did reply to my email I was sent a link to their website as their attempt to resolve my query. POOR SERVICE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely terrible. Halfway through my policy they threatened to cancel if I didn't send my previous NCB etc, said they had been trying to get in touch for 6 months when they hadn't!!! They then doubled my price for a second year insurance so when I cancelled they didn't add my previous 2 years no claims bonus to the year I had with them as they said they never received it. Only when I actually went through my sent items to prove them wrong they finally apologised. I have never met such con artists in my life. Put you on hold so you can't get your point across!!!

Oh my days! This insurer is the worst place to be insured with,the customer service is absolutely redundant no warm welcoming service! So rude! So disgrace! Plus their not based on our shores but In Gibraltar! ???????????? I really think you look else where as they are pathetic with the way they communicate with customers they seriously have driven me away from buying a years insurance. Dodgy website with dodgy phone characters. People please be aware !

Not happy after a year of insurance they dont want to insure me for next year they havent give me any years no claims iv had no accidents but yet declined second year insurance keep away people

Stay away people, rude grumpy untrained staff who haven't got a clue, utterly disgusted in the service i have just received. Calling them utter nightmare, emailing them waste of time. My little 3 year old niece would do better. Honestly stay away, go forbid i did have a crash an needed to claim

????????????????????????????????PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY i have sent 15 emails made 5 phone calls and each waiting at least 1 hour, this is the worst customer service i have received in a long long time. They havent got a clue. Arragant nasty tone in her voice, not helpful at all my 6 year old has better phone skills and maners. On my last attempt i called wait 1hour 45 minutes finally managed to cancel my insurance within the 14 days coolin off period so lets see if my 505quid is put in my account like promised. You save money yes but trying to contact them with make up for the savings. All she kept saying was go online go online i couldn't "go online" coz it wouldnt work, also she saix you can go online using a phone oe tablet, you can only uae a computer. When i asked her fo cancel over the phone she said she couldn't do that because you have to do it online. I then commented that it stated in the email that it says i can cancel on the phone and provided me with a number to call. She then told me the email doesnt say that, ans then when i said i would email her to show it she changed her mind and said the email was wrong and it hasnt beens updated. Yes its cheaper but pay the extra somewhere else. Fingers crossed my money is out back into my account. Good luck

Were happy to insure my 17 year old daughter with a provisional license and when she passed her test she automatically became to young to insure. This should of been very clear at the onset as I now need to find another insurer and pay a cancellation fee. Should be made illegal
