I'm logged out of my account. I've forgotten my password and was given a temporary one, and even that one didn't get me into my account. I'm due to buy a new car and my old car is with quote me happy. I now can't buy this new car because I'm locked out of my account. I've messaged them and told me to wait 24hrs! I can't wait 24hrs need it NOW! There's nobody to help me, because they don't have a phone number to contact. Very very very bad customer care, with no customer service.

Avoid due to poor customer service, threatening emails and no phone support After non successfully attempting to change my direct debit from one account to another within 30 hours I was sent the most threatening email I have ever received from a company that a default was issued on my account and would take me to court. I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD TO CHANGE CURRENT ACCOUNTS! Despite clearly having a new direct debit set up hours earlier. To be sent a two page essay in capitals threatening me for something I had clearly attempted and succeeded to rectify at 8am. It was the most unprofessional correspondence I have ever had the displeasure of seeing and when told to contact aviva insurance (at the top of the email), which I did. They had no record of my home insurance as it was with a broker who you are unable to contact. I can categorically say the policy will not be renewing. I dread to think what would happen if I actually needed to claim! I have other products directly with Aviva and they are wonderful. Just not quote me happy.

Dreadful. Hanging on for 25 mins last week and gave up. Already 15 mins today. Just in a massive queue. Hopeless. So long as you never need to make a claim, they are fine!

The same as most people on here, unable to access their website as it is saying after 5 attempts it is locked. I have tried to re-set my password which isn't working either. I have emailed them to tell them not to renew my policy and they have replied telling me to do it on line. What a vicious circle. I have told them I do not wish to renew and have taken out a policy elsewhere and now I am going to tell my bank not to allow any further direct debits from them. Rubbish. There is something to be said for the personal service.

I had a cheaper quote from another company so tried to cancel my renewal with Quote me Happy. Couldn't access the website so they took my renewal via my credit card. I've had to cancel my cheaper quote but I am unable to access my car insurance details as I can't get into the website - vicious circle!

I need to pay my renewal this weekend. Their site is down until Monday. I can find no other way of contacting them. They say they have 27/7 email but I am unable to find it.

Absolutely useless can’t get in touch website appalling they will charge me 50 pound and can’t get in touch complete rip off robbery by the parent company aviva and yet they can send me a letter with no contact details to get in touch with them need reporting this company does Neil leatherbarrow completely dissatisfied wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy

AVOID AVOID AVOID - I am desperately trying to log in, but as described by many below, it wont let me and the rest button puts me on a loop (been trying all week and I am two hours to go before my insurance runs out!!)! I need to access my account - I have just found out that after a third party claim, it is now showing as a claim on my insurance!!! Renew has come around which I was going to do, but cant as it wont let me log in!!! Ombudsmen it is!

No call centre and virtual call handler is useless with answering specific questions I have emailed twice and still no answer I rang Aviva who says that as quite me happy is an Online insurer, they are unable to help

You can not get in touch with them via email or phone. Have to pay £50 to cancel policy as it was not suitable. No one to talk to to solve my problem!!! Terrible service terrible company. Feel we've been cheated!!!

Wish I could put no stars!!! OMG I have been insured with QMH since 2013 and would have given them 5 stars as they are always the cheapest quotes , but just try making a claim with them !!! It's an absolute JOKE , except I'm not laughing , I was hit by a drunk driver , my car was wrote off , I have witnesses who provided video footage and 3 months later I have no idea what is happening with my claim against the 3rd party ,don't expect any communication from them, they just ignore e-mails and have no record of phone calls , I have now referred my claim to the Ombudsman , Iv'e informed them of this and guess what ! nothing ! Avoid them like the plague !!

Impossible to make payment. Can't speak to anyone. Threatening emails for 'non payment' - when they won't allow you to pay. Just cancelled my policy as its not worth chancing credit rating. Policy £6.00 per month. Just had to pay £33.00 cancelation.

Impossible to access account, no password reset facility ( puts you in a loop!) Can not call anyone. how this company exist is beyond belief. Other reviews state claims procedure is a nightmare. I will not renew my building/contents policy with them. You pay for what you get...rubbish!!!

number 1 you should re name your company to how to upset people.I have tried to contact you via email and claims line .IMPOSSIBLE DOES ANYONE READ YOUR REVIEWS I am surprised that you are still in business at all. bad bad reviews yet you are still trading HOW !! I have been trying to cancel my insurance since end of June and no response from you no email addresses work.avoid this firm like the plague or suffer months of frustration trying t get sorted out with them.not worth a decent quote .go to someone else with time to talk to you
