Really annoyed (home insurance customer here). I live in the Leicestershire area and had a problem with bedbugs. Luckily for me, I had added pest cover to my policy. When I contacted Sheilas' Wheels directly, I was first incorrectly told I didn't have pest cover on my policy (I do, I have screenshots to prove it from the web portal - it says I am covered). I was next told I would have to contact a separate team, when they finally accepted they were wrong. I was next told that because I hired British Bug Control / Cimexine directly (who are well known and well accredited), they wouldn't pay out. This is extremely enraging, because the web portal (which shows my documentation / cover options) mentioned NOWHERE that I had to go through some side-teams' recommendations. No one made me aware of that in advance, when I asked why no one had made me aware the response was just "I don't know". For insurance, I expect that if I have a problem that I am covered for, which I can prove (via photos of the bed bugs, via the invoice from Cimexine) that the insurance company should pay out. I'm not even asking for the full amount, just a meagre £200 towards the heat treatment (which was over £1,000)! But apparently, even that is too much for these liars and scoundrels, who sold me a package which includes pest cover, only for me to later find out that claiming the money is extremely conditional and they refuse to pay. So thanks a lot, Sheilas' Wheels, for bouncing me around internal teams and then not giving me the help I need despite charging me extra each month for un-claimable cover extras. I would advise anyone to give this company an EXTREMLY WIDE BERTH (***STEER CLEAR***) and I will be cancelling, and telling my story to anyone who will listen so they can also avoid. This is also going up on Google Revies (I actually found the listing, even though it was hard) and Trust Pilot, and anywhere else I can find to post it.

Very expensive for this year's insurance, so had to leave. When I had a car accident, it took them 4 months to pay money owed to us from our car being written off.

Multiple people talk to you about the accident but no of them actually listen to you resulting in miss communication On hold for 1 1/2 hours to be cut off constantly can’t get through. Apparently you can’t tell from an impact who was in the wrong so apparently they are now mechanics, and qualified in panel beating and repairs. Repeatly told I’m wrong about the version of accident I’m give as they are believing the other party pretty sure I pay them to be my insurance company yet it’s me chasing for answers Absolutely the worse handle if a case very unhelpful staff don’t know what their doing every time you speak to some it’s a different story also I seem to have both Sheila’s wheels and esure people trying to contact me both with different stories very confusing if I’m with Sheila wheels it’s should be Sheila’s wheel as the Sheila’s wheels team where us sure why esure had spoken to me if you all don’t know what your doing I definitely don’t get some better customer service skill and deal with customer properly instead of sending them on a wild goose chase and making things up

I have to leave a review because they have been one of the most helpful companies following the unexpected loss of my partner. They were compassionate, accommodating and reliable. They made sure that they did the best they could possibly do. There are some reputable companies such as NatWest, which have been absolutely horrible and far from helpful. The compassionate service by Sheila's Wheel has helped counter that. Thank you.
