Multiple people talk to you about the accident but no of them actually listen to you resulting in miss communication On hold for 1 1/2 hours to be cut off constantly can’t get through. Apparently you can’t tell from an impact who was in the wrong so apparently they are now mechanics, and qualified in panel beating and repairs. Repeatly told I’m wrong about the version of accident I’m give as they are believing the other party pretty sure I pay them to be my insurance company yet it’s me chasing for answers Absolutely the worse handle if a case very unhelpful staff don’t know what their doing every time you speak to some it’s a different story also I seem to have both Sheila’s wheels and esure people trying to contact me both with different stories very confusing if I’m with Sheila wheels it’s should be Sheila’s wheel as the Sheila’s wheels team where us sure why esure had spoken to me if you all don’t know what your doing I definitely don’t get some better customer service skill and deal with customer properly instead of sending them on a wild goose chase and making things up

Sheila's Wheels/ Esure. Racist. Discrimination. If you are a beautiful person of colour. you will be discriminated against regardless of your loyalty. Failure to investigate a false and fraudulent claim against you. Then when you complain about not receiving any updates on the matter for over 7 months. They try to close the case and pay the fraudulent claimant as it's more cost effective as you are not seen as worthy.

gave me a price monthly then last month i had left tryed to charge extra £164 on top of price they said so refused to pay that took out a out some where else

Never answer there phone, waiting for hours. Car been hit, never sent over the referral for the repairs when chased up. Ridiculous, surely they cannot be this busy. Still no referral sent over after 2 phone calls. Not renewing with them.

My son jumped on my sofa and accidently snapped the wood underneath. They told me it was wear and tear, even though they hadn't asked for any extra information, and the claim was closed. I have accidental damage on my policy. After I complained they said they would send a company out but I would lose my no claims even if they still claimed it was wear and tear. What a waste of money. Its not the price of the policy it's the service you get when you need them. I wouldn't use them again.

I had a car accident on the 14th of December 2021. I rang the insurance company, and it took me an hour to get through, eventually towed my car away 2 hours later. Tried to get through to the insurance company 10 times, 1 hour wait. I eventually rang the company who towed my car away to find out which assessment garage my car had been towed to. still no info from insurance company, no rental car ,because they are waiting to see if it is a write off before they can make this decision. customer service are irritable on the phone with you when you are eventually able to speak to them. I have never had an accident in 33 years of driving and never want to deal with such an appalling company and service again in my life. absolutely disgusted with the way they have handled my claim and it is still ongoing.

This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. Disgusting attitudes of some of the staff as well as blackmailing you just so complaints are withdrawn. I have been left 3 months and counting without a car without them paying off money they are legally responsible for again blackmailing me to pay my outstanding bills first. Do not go with this insurance company never met one so shocking and you will spending over an hour waiting for an answer on the phone to be not helped

worst car insurance ever, especially if you had an accident-not your fault and you had to deal with all follow up issues. Do not waste money for courtesy car, they will keep you with no car, no contact what so ever to update you on process, cheep insurance but you will spend more to be calling them everyday and beg for update

Check out their premiums. We have been with them for a number of years and when we took out the policy it was quite competitive. This last year we have only done 817 miles and our policy cost for the coming year was £417. We have just got the insurance with LVE for £217.

We took out insurance for my wife a few years ago. At that time this company was quite competitive. My wife has never had an accident and has only done 816 miles this last year. The premium from Sheilas Wheels was £417. I have just got it for £217 with LVE. Just goes to prove that remaining with a company does not attract loyalty just getting ripped off

I was involved in an accident where the other driver went against the traffic light and the staff at Sheila's Wheels have told me that as I am not on full insurance they are not prepared to help - I was told I needed to contact the other parties insurance and sorry it out myself ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

Had a very minor collision, was told by Sheilas' Wheels to submit photos of the damage on their website for assessment. I did this and got an email from them saying that my car was a total loss as the cost of repairs was more than the car was worth. I was very surprised by this, as the damage was minimal. I rang the company to discuss this and was told that one of their engineers had decided that he wanted it to be assessed at a garage to see if the car could be repaired instead of written off, and that if repairs could be made then I would be provided with a courtesy car. Car was picked up on Wednesday for the assessment. Six days later I had still not had any contact from the insurer to tell me what the outcome of the assessment was, so I rang the garage. They informed me that my car wasn't a total loss at all, sand they had started repairs several days ago. I asked why I hadn't been told and they said they had let the insurer know, who should have passed it on to me. I asked why I hadn't been given a courtesy car, they said they were never told that I was entitled to a courtesy car, and that the earliest they could get one to me would be the same day that my car was expected to be returned to me. I rang Sheilas' wheels to ask why I hadn't been informed that my car wasn't a totaly loss as they had stated, why I hadn't been told that repairs had been started, and why I hadn't been given a courtesy car. All the memeber of staff said was "I don't know, sorry" over and over again. The woman I spoke to said she would inform the person who was handling my case of the situation and get him to give me a call back. Well I never got a call back and I never got any answers. The courtesy car is in my contract with Sheilas' Wheels, they broke that contract by not holding up their end of it, while also leaving me without a car for nine days (which made my life very difficult). The fact that I was incorrectly told that my car was a total loss as well as the total lack of communication from them throughout the entire process was absolutely not acceptable. I will not be using them again.

SHELIAS WHEELS CAR INSURANCE PAID OUT ALMOST £4000 IN A CRASH FOR CASH SCHEME. THE FRAUDSTER GOT AWAY WITH ALMOST £4000 POUNDS, AND THIER CAR WASN'T EVEN WORTH £300! LOOK AT THE BEAUTIFUL CONDITION OF MY SAAB, AND TELL ME IF IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT! A LITTLE WEAR AND TEAR DUE TO IT BEING ALMOST 15YRS OLD! IT PASSED IT'S MOT STRAIGHT AFTER THE FAULSE CLAIM WAS FILED. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN, SUBMIT MY EVIDENCE AND OF COURSE I REFUSED ANY LIABILITY. AS THERE WAS NO CAR ACCIDENT! BUT THE CLAIMS DEP REFUSED TO EVEN ASSIST ME IN ANYWAY, AND DIDN'T CONDUCT A THROUGH INVESTIGATION. I HAVE LOST COMPLETE TRUST IN THERE SERVICES. PLS VIEW MY PHOTO AS PROFF OF THIS MAJOR ERROR, UNBELIEVABLE.

I'M ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED! SHELIAS WHEELS PAID OUT ALMOST £4000, ON A CRASH FOR CASH FRAUDULENT SCHEME. I BOUGHT MY OLD SAAB SECOND HAND FROM A DEALER IN 2020, AND IT BEING ALMOST 15YRS OLD. IT WAS STILL IN FANTASTIC! CONDITION. THERE WE'RE A FEW SCUFFS AROUND THE FRONT, GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR. BUT NOTHING MAJOR. IT PASSED THE MOT WITH FLYING COLOURS LITERALLY A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER THE INCIDENT HAD OCCURRED. I ALSO WANTED TO SUBMIT MY MOT PASS CERTIFICATE, AS EVIDENCE TO SHELIAS WHEELS. TO SHOW MY CAR WAS ROAD WORTHY STRAIGHT AFTER THE INCIDENT. BUT THEY HAD REFUSED THIS EVIDENCE FROM ME. WHICH IS ABSURD! CONSIDERING INSURERS ARE SUPPOSED MAKE SURE BOTH PARTIES ARE HEARD AND BOTH ACCOUNTS ARE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. TO PROCESS A FAIR AND LEGITIMATE CLAIM. THE INCIDENT HAPPENED THIS YR 2021. I WAS DRIVING WITH MY ELDERLY MOTHER AND CHILD GOING THROUGH A FAST FOOD, DRIVE THROUGH. YOU CAN ONLY DRIVE AT 5MP SPEED ANYWAY, IN A DRIVE THROUGH. AND EVERYONE WAS AT A CRAWLING PACE. THE LADY IN THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME DID A VERY RANDOM EMERGENCY BREAK IN FRONT OF MY CAR. I WAS SHOCKED! AND SO WAS MY MUM! BUT I DIDN'T THINK ANYTHING OF IT. UNTIL THE DRIVER AND HER PAL STEPPED OUT AND BOTH APPROACHED MY CAR EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVELY. MIND U MY FAMILY WE'RE IN THE VEHICLE SO I MAINTAINED CALMNESS. I STEPPED OUT OF MY CAR, AS THE LADY HAD CLAIMED I TOUCHED HER VEHICLE. I WANTED TO SEE THIS "PRESUMED" DAMAGE. SO I WENT TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE, BUT I ALREADY NEW SHE WAS LYING. AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON EITHER ONE OF OUR VEHICLES. ALSO THIS LADIES CAR WAS OLDER THAN MINE! AND QUITE AGED. MY CAR WAS IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION AS I BOUGHT IT, BEING SECOND HAND. THE LADY'S FRIEND STARTED TO ATTACK ME IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY. AND IN DEFENCE I HAD TO RETALIATE IN ORDER TO DEFEND MYSELF FROM FURTHER INJURIES. SHELIAS WHEELS SUPPORTED ME IN NO WAY, MY LITTLE CHILD SAW EVERYTHING! AND IS STILL TRAUMATISED BY THE WHOLE INCIDENT. I WAS OFFERED NO APOLOGY OR ASSISTANCE EMOTIONALLY, OR IN ANYWAY FROM SHELIAS WHEELS. THIS HAS EFFECTED ME DRAMATICALLY, ESPECIALLY IN TERMS OF ANY FURTHER INSURANCE POLICIES I PROCEED WITH. I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST ANY FORM OF TRUST IN SHELIAS WHEELS INSURANCE. I'M UTTERLY DISTURBED BY THEIR OUTCOME, OF RULING IN THE THIRD PARTIES FAVOUR. EVEN THOUGH I AM THE VICTIM! I AM NOW LEFT LIABLE FOR A FRAUDULENT CLAIM, THAT WASNT EVEN THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED. SHELIAS WHEELS REFUSED THE EVIDENCE I WANTED TO SUBMIT TO THE CLAIMS DEP. I AM SUBMITTING CURRENT PICTURES OF MY BEAUTIFUL SAAB, OLD AS IT IS. THE CONDITION IS FANTASTIC! JUST TO SHOW EVERYONE ONLINE AND SHELIAS WHEELS, THAT THIS OUTCOME SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED. THIS PERSON WILL CONTINUE TO PUT OTHER'S LIVES IN DANGER. AND CONTINUE TO SUBMIT MORE FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AGAINST THE PUBLIC, AND INSURANCE COMPANIES. I WANT MY CLAIM TO BE RELOOKED AT. I STILL CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS CONCLUSION, OF PAYING A FRAUDULENT CLAIM TO A VERY DECEPTIVE PERSON OF 3,834.20. FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, THERE'S NO DAMAGE ON EITHER OF OUR CARS, ECEPT WEAR AND TEAR DUE TO THE AGE. I'M DISGUSTED. PLEASE VIEW MY PICTURES TO SEE IF THIS CLAIM WAS WORTH ALMOST £4000 POUNDS.

All ok to insure with them, but be warned - if you need to make a claim their customer service is abysmal. You can't get through to speak to anyone, email contacts are ignored and the online chat is absolutely useless. Suppose you get what you pay for. I've never claimed on car insurance for 40 years, but OMG this outfit is absolutely rubbish. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I had home emergency cover with these clowns and they think that the " emergency plumber " arrived 30 hrs later was acceptable hence causing more damage to my ceiling due to water leaking then taking no action against there "contracted emergency plumber "even though the plumber told me that there was no one available as the European cup final was on

Tried to login to my account and view car insurance documents for weeks and it doesn’t work There’s a message saying oops they have a problem. Try calling and waste all your minutes, after over 20 minutes on 2 occasions i have still had no one answer, sent email and had no response. I will be moving even if there is a fee. They were ok, I’ve been with them for several years. I had one incident when a car went into the back of me, they were also with ESURE who Sheila’s wheels is, and the car was repaired with a curtesy car provided. But what’s going on? When you cant access your documents or speak to any one.

Whilst I was reversing out of my drive marked with the red asterix on my first photo and after checking all mirrors and blind spots, a 3rd party vehicle has turned left off the main road marked with the yellow asterix just as I was finishing my maneuver and they have caused an obstruction resulting in a small collision of our vehicles. There is even CCTV showing that this 3rd party did not stop to check before she turned left she just pulled straight in. Sheila's Wheels however have said that because I'm reversing I'm fully at fault as that's basically how it goes. I'm appalled by this decision when as this photo clearly shows, there are 2 separate roads and the 3rd party did not stop before continuing to do a left turn without looking. My second photo shows via the yellow arrow, the road I was already reversed out onto and the red asterix shows where they did a left turn to enter a new road and they did this without stopping to check it was clear first resulting in causing an obstruction which should have and could have been avoided. Appalling decision and completely incorrect when the 3rd party is clearly at fault. Had a cyclist been coming up the side road marked by the yellow arrow then the 3rd party would have caused an accident and injury by her actions. Do NOT insure with this Company.
