Fantastic service today, woke up to boiler not working, I rang as we are covered by home assistance. I spoke to Chloe who was very helpful and reassuring. Within 3 hrs my knight with a toolbag Ross Dovey from Nationwide Heating, came to fix the boiler!!! He put in a new circuit board and we are back up and running! Thank you so much x

Very disappointed with home care cover .I have been left with no heating and hot water for days,.......because when they sent out an engineer I couldn't remember when last the boiler was serviced.......very annoyed I have been with them for years and have only claimed once before, just when I desperately need them ,I have been let down in the middle of a pandemic /winter season......Very disappointed why do we have insurance cover? Where do I get money to fix the boiler at such a time? But my insurance company has decided to leave me out in the cold with no heating and hot water.

James Collins arranged my private car insurance two days ago. He’s the best I’ve come across. So well able to get down to my needs, affordability criteria, clarifying facts, knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and unflappable. He got me me the best deal moving between AXA and Swiftcover. A big 👍 to James C.

My policy expiring next month, receive an email regards renewal with automatic payment with a higher payment from previous year, without make any claims or have any other issues. Of course I didn’t agree and I called them to asking why the price is going up, the answer was very rude , something like “this is our policy and if you are not happy you can leave at anytime “ . I said to them that I will not renew my insurance . Them offer was for £973.77 with 8 years non claim bonus. Now when I check on money supermarket the best offer was £614.03 with same details. Very disappointed!!!

was renewing my insurance on the phone and the man the other end did not understand my name and said he will close my insurance application due to false information put me on hold for me to talk to someone else on customer service for over half an hour then cut me off terrible company should be looked into by the ombudsman will try to resolve my problem with some authority Lee Worrell

The worst company I have dealt with in 40 years. Had my renewal and declined it twice after logging in. Then got credit people trying to claim £10 idiots. Tried to contacting them many times no answer. Will never use this company again. They must be hard up for £10.

Swift cover answer within 4 minutes but AXA claims fail to answer. I waited over an hour yesterday and gave up. Called first thing this morning and wait straight to a 30 minute call and again this evening gave up after 40 minutes. You cannot contact claims other than queue on the phone. Not acceptable. Will not be renewing with them

Swiftcover honestly is the worst Insurance Company I have ever used. After having a collision in my vehicle in November 2018, the claim was only fully completed in March 2019. It took 2 and a half months for me to get a courtesy car and for my un-driveable car to be collected, leaving me to have to arrange alternative transport for this time period - including getting back to home which is a 3 hour train journey as I had no access to any vehicle. I was left to chase them for months just to arrange to get my car taken in, and was being thrown back and forth between garages they had allocated to sort my vehicle who were not aware that it was un-driveable, meaning they then had to decline my car. After finally getting my car in with them, they then failed to offer any type of compensation for the excessive delay in the repairs of my vehicle - I was left to then make 2 complaints regarding the services I had been provided. They offered me a mere £350 reimbursement of my £500 voluntary excess and £200 involuntary excess (£700 in total) which I declined and escalated to their senior level for review. They then waited 35 days to come back to me, before saying that they had not had a chance to review it and they I could take them to the Financial Services Ombudsmen - which of course I did. After delaying that process by another month by ignoring the Ombudsmen when asked to provide certain information. The only thing I can say that was good about them was that after being told by the Ombudsmen what they had to reimburse me they sent the cheque right away.

Swiftcover is undoubtedly the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. The policy i took out 4 weeks ago has been the most aggravating, painful experience i have ever had the misfortune to endure. SEVERAL times i have produced Proof of No Claims upon request and i still get emails demanding this. Today i supplied the details requested for the final time, because if i get a demand once more i am going to lodge a formal complaint with the F.C.A. and relevant Regulatory Bodies that oversee companies like Swift Cover. This insurance company has shown nothing but Ignorance and a constant lack of professionalism.

Hi my beloved car is insured with swift cover, and some bloke crashed into it, I was gutted, it was nearly 20 years old, I wasn't at all happy with start of of things when it happend, becouse of a company called copart picked my car up, copart I wasn't happy at all with there costermer service, then I contacted my company which is swift cover told them about it, two days later I got a call back from a person his name was mr Carl, well for me he is my hero, honest nothing was a problem for him, what a true profeshnal, all I can say is, to who ever reading, do not worry even if swift cover car insurance is few hundred more, if you had a problem like me, rest assured you will be taken care of, as long as they employ peaple like Mr Carl, is is from axis insurance complaints department, and words cannot describe what he has done for me and my famley after the terrible non fault accident, I will insure my and famley cars with swift cover, for many more years once again mr Carl,thank you so so much, for getting my car back to me, it does mean the world

It takes about 40 minutes for someone to answer every time I call up to ask for an update on my claim, only to then be transferred to another queue for another 30 minutes each time! When I finally get to the correct department which deals with the engineer who's been assessing the damages on my car, the engineer was not available every time I called for 2 weeks. Every time I ask the advisers, they don't know how long the engineer is off for, nor do they help get things moving whilst the engineer is away, i.e. could another engineer give me a call back or could they get hold of the engineer's supervisor to help out etc. All I got back from the advisers were usually "I will email the engineer again to see if I get a response", or "I will get the engineer to call you directly", worst response being "I'm not sure how I can help you if the engineer is not available". This has now gone on for well over 10 weeks and still going. Swiftcover is total garbage! I guess that's why they are cheap but now I can say I've learnt my lesson and it's definitely not worth the hassle just to save a little bit more money!

Worst experience ever!! I had my car accident on 7th January. It took almost 3 weeks for Swiftcover to instruct the Recovery company to take my damaged car to their approved garage. 5 weeks have past now and the garage is STILL waiting for Swiftcover to authorise repair - that's now 8 weeks and counting!! The engineer who's responsible for authorising repairs has not returned any phone calls and emails!!

Worst customer service, plus its a premium line. They are making millions just off the phone lines where customers are left to wait 30mins plus. If zero starts were an option on here that's what they would get from me.

DO NOT INSURE WITH SWIFT COVER. save yourself the trouble! UNCONTACTABLE. Appalling. Should you have an emergency and need to claim you will wish you had gone elsewhere!!
