Very clear options for purchasing, everything explained well during the process. The only hangups that I had were when I was providing my no-claims bonus. This took some time as I had to go back multiple times because what they needed wasn't very clear from initial emails. Once this was sorted out, my policy was instantly updated and I've had no problems with them since.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! Ended my insurance with absolutely no reason or notification which meant I was driving uninsured for 2 weeks. They set up the wrong payment date at the time insurance was taken out and took an hour of my time on the phone to sort it. I have emailed and written requesting an explanation with no response and when I phone I am told I am being put through to someone who can help but have been cut off every time. Absolutely disgusted!

Very poor customer service. I am a Zenith customer at the moment and I am going through a claim with them and it's turning out to be a nightmare!! I am now 6 weeks into this claim and still waiting for Zenith to send conformation to the car garage to start my repairs. Every time I ring Zenith (which is most days) I get passed from one staff member to another to then be told "we have emailed conformation to the garage to go ahead with the repairs. When I ring the garage they have no record. The garage have been so good and helpful. I am going through my own garage not using one provided by Zenith. I would NOT recommend Zenith Car insurance and I will NOT be renewing my policy . when the time comes!! I have also had to pay out money on my car to keep it safe whilst I'm waiting for Zenith to sort the claim. It's so annoying when you pay car insurance on time every month never claim and when you do the company is unhelpful. I bet if I owed them money it would take them long to harass me for it.

As most people do, I obtained a quote through a price comparison website. 5 months into my policy I had to change my car from my 2 year old Fiesta to a brand new fiesta. Zenith wouldn't allow me to change the vehicle they would only wipe out the last 5 months NCB and make me start a new year with the car instead of completing the year with the new car as most other insurers allow. Then tried to charge me £75.00 to cancel insurance, I was then told they would cancel for free and i would receive a £25.00 compensation payment and was to phone back the following week when I collected my new car. Collected my new car and the lovely Wendy who had been dealing with myself all along then tried to charge me £40 additional to cancel, because according to her she had given me an extra week insurance, funny when I had already paid £30.00 each month in advance. Her attitude flipped when she wasn't getting what she wanted then when I asked to speak to a manager the charge mysteriously vanished. They also wanted to double my insurance. Left and i'm now with more than who are much cheaper and better so far. Don't go with Zenith at all costs.

After reading the reviews / horror stories on here, I was concerned. and when we had an accident I was genuinely worried. I was even more concerned when Zenith's claims department seemed to want to write the car off very quickly for what seemed like a small amount of damage. We were expecting a derisory offer, but were delighted when Zenith offered to settle at about £2,500 over the amounts being quoted by car valuation websites. The settlement took a little longer than I would have hoped once accepted, as it meant we were without a car for a few weeks, but when the money was received, it paid for a replacement car, slightly newer and a model up from the one I had. Really happy with the service.

Zenith are criminals! You have been warned. Took a renewal premium although I cancelled and still have not repaid after 5 months quoting system problems and that it was being processed. There are lots of very negative reviews of zenith on the net - read them first and only then tick the accept button at your peril. Pay the few extra pounds and go elsewhere

Terrible company with terrible advisors! Renew your policy even after you call and tell them you don't want it, admit they made a mistake and say they will cancel it but instead take the money from you and refuse to refund it! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I bought a insurance with Halifax fully comprehensive car insurance..... turned out i was insured by Zenith. Then I had my car stolen in front of me and the insurance would not cover a penny. DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THEM. WARNING

Did i mention that you need to AVOID them !!! Got my insurance with them, first time motorbike so expensive one as you can imagine. Been more than 2 weeks since someone broke my motorbike and all i heard from my insurance was, we ll get back to you !!!! Every times i called them, i get someone telling something different, as if they keep track of your issue on a piece of paper that gets thrown away everyday. Such lack of professionalism and commitment to the clients is unbelievable !! Shame on you I defo don't recommend them!

I had a claim last November Caused by malicious damage to my VW TRANSPORTER, one of the panels was damaged causing it to distort. TCW in Bletchley, Milton Keynes took the van about a week later after I filed a claim and gave me a courtesy VW POLO even though I have got courtesy VAN on my policy and left me with it until the end of January two months. In January I got the van back on a day that wasn't very bright, when I got it home I could see that the panel still had some distortion. I called Zenith witch wasn't easy as they go under a different name, and eventually got the van back to TCW who were in denial that any thing was wrong then TCW told ZENITH nothing was wrong, Zenith have written to me saying that they cant do any thing else and that was the end of the mater. Since then I've discovered bolts missing in the rear bumper and over spray on the inner door linings. In my opinion ZENETH are absolutely rubbish.
