Sam S was excellent as always - prompt efficient understanding and subsequent execution of all necessary tasks onsite and in the lab. Helpful instructions to me. As a hotline customer for many years I can say the onsite visits from individual technicians has been excellent (except one instance where a less experienced person presented) but the process to get a technician to call back or help you remotely or make an appointment can be prolonged because of staff shortage? Hopefully now all my computer and internet issues have been solved once and for all so I won’t be needing any more extensive help but the occasional calls to the hotline I hope can be faster! Thank you to Sam and the team.

Thanks for the feedback, you're right, we have been low on staff in WLG just recently but we have 4 new recruits hitting the road here as we speak so shouldn't have anymore delays going forward!

Well presented, on time, listened to my reason for need of a Geek Looked at problem and then explained how could fix it. Told me costs involved Very professional.

The Trend Maximum Security system was installed but not active when the Harry left. I think I have installed it properly now onto the computer.

We had a really good experience with Geeks on Wheels. The technician that came to our house was patient and explained what he was doing in a way we could easily understand. While he couldn't fix the main issue we had due to a problem with our Apple ID he sorted out a number of other issues we were having and explained how we could prevent the issue we had with our Apple IDs happening again. 100% recommend them.

We ordered a new PC for the office on the 24th of December 2019, and did not hear back from the GOK team member. Upon contacting Andy H on the "chat with a technician", he confirmed the PC was never ordered due to the technician we were in contact with leaving the company. By the end of the chat, Andy had found the PC, arranged the courier and installation swiftly with no issues. Really disappointed in the original mishandle of the situation, but most impressed with Andy's professionalism and prompt reaction.

I got Armon around to do a system check but because it was taking along time my appointment finished and I was left with a system upgrading and trying to restart for over an hour but as I was going out I turned the computer off ( I know you are not suppose to but wanted it to stop and turned off ) On my return I started it up ,it took awhile so dont know if its updated or not . I emailed Armon but havnt heard back so will try the office early saturday
