“Bought a pair of Apple AirPods. They arrived on time. Within 3 days of using them I wrote to complain the AirPods did not work properly. Too many faults to list here. No response. 3 days of further perseverance I gave up and asked for my money back. They had a 14 day full refund policy. No response. Visa wouldn't help. The AirPods are unusable. The sound is very bad quality They don’t operate like Apple AirPods e.g. they answer the phone when they are in the charge case! I’m going to commence legal proceedings.”
“Geekswag is NOT a legitimate website, and their products are COUNTERFIT. I purchased refurbished Apple Airpod Pros for £99.99. They arrived defective, I even send them to Apple to help fix and Apple even said "The product shows signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications". After 3 emails to customer service and submitting a dispute form to my bank Geekswag quickly responded asking if I charged the Airpods for long enough... basically a fake response. DO NOT BUY FROM GEEKSWAG!”
“WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DON'T ORDER!!! I ordered the apple airpod pro's from them for my daughter for XMAS. They arrived in time, however, when my daughter went to charge them, they did not charge. I contacted Geekswag SEVERAL times regarding an exchange (and I purchased the warranty), I NEVER received a reply, or comment. So, I contacted my bank and disputed the charges. After seeing the charge on my bank statement, I had seen they put the charge in as RECURRRING. My bank said I needed to put in writing to Geekswag that they DID NOT have my permission to have this recurring charge. I Immediately heard back from them, saying that they did not do this. How do they contact me back with that, but, disregard and ignore my asking for replacements? Thank God that my bank refunded me the headphones price. This is the WORST company I have ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with. HUGE SCAM!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!”
“MASSIVE SCAM
I placed my ordered on the 4th of december! They told me it would take a couple days to come, gave them the benefit of the doubt, it being close to Christmas and the pamdemic, emailed multiple times asking where my order was got excuse and excuse and then they stopped replying to my emails.
Still at the end of janurary, it said my ordered was still processing. I had to contact my bank for a refund. Still nothing from GeekSwag.

“I got pair of AirPods Pro for my sons for Christmas. They are not genuine, they stopped working. I’ve got letter from Apple to confirm that they are fake. Nobody replied to me from Geek swag, I sent a lot of massages.
I called my bank explaining everything. I paid for the AirPods with my debit card so I wasn’t sure if I will get my money back but they were excellent, I’ve got my money back on the same day and now there will be a dispute. So my recommendation is to call your bank straight away, explain that you have been a victim of a scum and you should get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
They should be stopped immediately!”

“Got a set of Airpods for my son's christmas, delivery was fast no issues and they look like the real deal, but as soon as my son used them he said they're not as good as my partners set (she got hers from John Lewis 6 months ago), I actually paid for the extra warranty too so I got in touch by email - SILENCE!!

Asked them to give me the 6 digit number to cancel my pending transaction through my bank but no reply since then and they dispatched the item today… No hope for getting my money back at this point…”

This is a scam bought 2 airpods pro and neither is working. Took them to apple store in England and Portugal and was told they are fake.
Have sent an email everyday since the 24th December and submitted a form online with no response.
Will be reporting them to Trading Standards as well as my bank and Action Fraud.
These people have scammed so many of us they need to be stopped and imprisoned.
