“I placed two orders on the same day. Each order was for one set of Apple AirPods. One box arrived with one pair of AirPods but the same Royal mail delivery tracking number was allocated to both orders.
I have tried calling numerous times but the number is not connected. I have tried emailing and contacting via their website with zero response.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this company as they have billed me for two sets of AirPods and two sets of delivery but I’ve only delivered one set of AirPods.
Do not use Geekswag. The customer service is non-existent if anything goes wrong. I’ve heard numerous stories from other customers that I’ve contacted via trust pilot about products not being delivered and money’s not being returned.
We should work together to ensure this company never trade again.
UPDATE: 26/7/2021 After leaving a negative Trustpilot review on the 23rd, I suddenly got an email from GeekSwag saying that they were swamped by AirPod orders and asking that I clarify exactly what I had already written to them about (several times) that I had placed two orders on the same day but had only received one delivery. I confirmed this by email the same day and since then……(tumbleweed)…… nothing. Sent two more chaser emails but no response.

Adam Owen I am shocked that you and your rag tag company "geekswag" are still trading sub standard, unofficial goods and not in a timely manner. You take money upfront and advertise as original Mojang merchandise on your website, but you do not deliver original items that are pictured on your web site. I Paid you £50+ for two unsafe stuffed toys that didn't even conform or have CE standard on them and I wouldn't dare give to my grandchildren. they are still in their plastic bags. You probably laugh at me and others that have fallen for you scam. Your web site states that I cannot return them two weeks after ordering when it than came two+ months later.

I made an Order #171594 (20th June 2020). I have not been contacted by Geekswag despite my having sent two messages though their messaging system on their website as their preference. I will now get in touch with my credit card company later on.
It really is not good enough that your company “Geekswag” only reply to customers though the public website “Trustpilot” after the event of your dissatisfied customers contacting you directly. You do not reply directly to customers concerns, complaints in a timely manner. I stated back in July that I wanted a refund as they had not arrived in time for my Grandson’s Birthday.
When I ordered the items of a Golem and an Enderdragon, if I had seen they were not in stock with a wait of 8+ weeks I would not have gone though with the order. I on 15th August 2020 some 8 weeks after your receipt of my order I received a parcel containing two stuffed toys that sent bear no resemblance to the Iron Golom and Enderdragon as advertised on your web site. They are cheap fakes of a substandard material without tags and certainly not original Mojang Jinx as I and probably most other customers were led to believe they were getting. I have ordered original Minecraft merchandise in the past and know the quality is very different indeed. In short you have been taking money from people without having any original stock whatsoever. The items you supplied me with which bears no relation to the one as advertised on your web site and can be found much cheaper on *bay.
Interestingly within hours mates pop up with positive experiences of your scam? Adam Owen you need to be honest and not scam people. You won't last.

“THIEF took our money early December no goods arrived. When challenged on Trust Pilot was told postcode had been put in wrong and would be sent on 4th January nothing nothing nothing arrived! Reported to trading standards and report now to be filed with police for theft of money. AVOID PLEASE order still says processing! What a joke”

“Awful! I bought a board game and went to cancel it straight away as I found it cheaper else where. They did not respond and the order stated pending. No responses for 5 emails.
I then messaged then about the availability of a different product, I got a reply straight away.
I then asked them to cancel my order, they said they would, they never did.
I got in touch with my bank and the fraud team, I got the refund. The order still states pending.
I will, of course, not accept the delivery of the game if it ever arrives (probably won't).
This website is clearly a scam, no doubt. Please don't get caught out.”
