“Visage Mascara not fit for purpose! I am absolutely gutted as I like and believed the presentation that was previously showed on TV with Katie and Hattie! The mascara they both used looked nice and wet and covered their eyelashes like they stated in one sweep. The Mascara I received was dry as sticks, I sweat me eyelashes numerous times and ended up with dry bits on the end of lashes and spidery looking lashes! Not impressed, the Mascara is definitely old stock has all dried out! I did look at the end of date and all I.can assume is that old Mascaras are being placed in new packaging, if this is the case then shame on you! As for your Visage Fix Perfect, this has no moisturising properties and feels and acts like water! So I for one will no longer be using Visage products, what a shame, I was so hopeful your products would work Katie!”

“Ridiculous treatment. Issue after issue. Took money then denied it, I sent screenshot of bank and suddenly money was put back. Then tried to say the issue was at my side, despite it being theirs! I’d ordered 3 rings as presents at one price, the price went up on their side and suddenly I ran into issues... highly do not recommend”

“Lately the ring sizes are not correct. I have had to order ring size T/U whereas whereas P/Q or R/S would definitely fit. I think they are deliberately sending wrong sizes out so that Customers will pay to have their rings resized! Most rings on sale are sizing L/M or N/O, this is unfair. Even the Jewellery being sold on TV Live have virtually no large sizes! Also the amount of gold on the rings if resized would snap! Something is not right and I shall be visiting my local Jewellery shop when it is safe to prove this matter. I see the Ombudsman in my future!”

“Purchased 9k gold diamond bracelet - diamonds graded as I3 and self - certified by Gems.(£599) On arrival the diamonds were appalling,not one sparkle and grey in colour.They were so bad they should not have been used for anything other than industrial diamonds! I returned it 7 days ago and had to phone them to confirm delivery.Now have to wait for refund. Never again - and I mean it this time! Just an aside -Trustpilot feedback is not always independent. Also be suspicious of too much praise on any website”

“We, my wife and I, have purchased jewellery from this company from day one, along with other jwewllery channels. But over the years, we have found the best quality of precious metals and gem stones to be provided by Gemporia. We have only ever had one issue over the years and that was a 10kt gold opal ring, where the opal had a scratch on it. After a pleasent phone call with customer services, within a week we had received a perfect replacement and an apology. These days, since 2014, from watching Lynn Jinks on the Lounge, we started to collect loose gem stones. Our first loose stone was a 2ct Russian Diopside. Since then we have purchased many loose gemstones from Gem Collector. We are more than happy with all our purchases and how any queries have been dealt with by customer service staff. In our opinion they are second to none as even the customer services staff seem very qualified in precious metals and gem stones. We agree many of the presenters have left over the years and some are active now on other jewellery channels but learnt their trade on Gemporia. Won't mention names but those who have been collecting jewellry/gem stones for a long time as we have will know who we mean. All in all, with our own personal experience Gemporia and Gem Collector are the best jewellery and loose gem stone channels on air and you get an authenicity card as proof of the location the stone came from and any enhancement, if any, the stones may have received. Also all the precious metals we have bought are fully hall marked.Both the precious metals and gem stones are ethically sourced and not purchased by a gem hunter from a man in a tree house as they are on some other jewellery channels. Check out gem hunters on You Tube for yourselves. Good luck with all your purchases whoever you decide to purchase from, but as we've stated, in our opinion Gemporia is the best online jewellery and loose gem stones channel out there. “I bought a silver ring in the sale for £19.99. The stone has no sparkle so I intended to return it but tracked postage will cost £6.57!!!! Gutted. Never again.”

“Received item as a gift from friend, it was still sealed in unopened box. Upon opening the item was broken. Didn't want to disappoint the friend by letting her know the gift arrived broken, especially as she is shielding, so contacted them directly. Have sent them photo and all the relevant details but they are not prepared to help. Don't bother with them.”

“Your magnetic locks are not fit for purpose, should carry a warning sign as they are not safe. I lost my cross and chain using one of these locks and not very happy about it but your company ignore this disgraceful company never buy anything again and every chance I will be warning about these items.”

“Very disappointed by the quality of the products they sold. They magnify the items on the screen but when you get you need a magnifying glass to see the size of the stone or beads, don’t mention the material used. Its cheap and nasty. I don't know why the authorities are not taking any actions”

“I returned two orders to them in the same package. they had the items 7 months before attempting to return my money. one order they returned to my credit card, the other they claim that the card is not on file- it is the same card as the first order that was received on the same day. They say that I have a credit in my account but now won' let me access my account! where is my money?”

“I received a ring today, the gold weight suggests this is cheap and poor quality. I compared this to my Mom's engagement ring which is better quality and true gold weight - also hall marked and over 40 years old. I hope the stones, which are a lot smaller than expected, don't fall out. Very disappointed.”

“I have purchased a fair amount of jewellery from Gemporia over the past 16 years and they definitely have changed over time, not for the better either. I agree with other people who have reviewed Gemporia. All the hype the presenters give over the designs of Jewellery, quality of the stones etc. Dave Troth is really irritating with the same line to the gallery “what are you doing”regarding the final price of Jewellery items. The prices are hyped up before any drops which most people pick up on anyway. Gold has increased agree but the gold weights are very low in their jewellery pieces which makes them feel tacky and cheap. I sent a number of diamond rings back both Canadian and Argyle diamonds because of the very small diamonds (and I mean small) but also due to the weight of gold. If I’m paying for a 1.50 kt Canadian diamonds 18 kt gold ring I want to see the quality of gold that the stones are set in. My husband said it looked and felt like a ring out of a lucky bag. The prices have definitely gone up and quality have gone down big time. I hate it when Adena Stubbs and Elis ward particularly Elis who say at the time of auction I’ve bought 10 of these make up, candles, perfume and cashmere wraps. - highly irritating and covetous to say the least Think they forget that the majority of people don’t earn that much money and at the moment with the pandemic people have lost their jobs and are struggling financially. Think Gemporia should up it’s game and the quality of its goods.”

“What is wrong with all the presenters on Gems TV!! I used to love watching but it is now SO disjointed, what with too many presenters on screen at a time and time-filling "documentaries". Also, why do ALL the presenters have to wave their hands about in such a stupid fashion; it is SO off-putting. I used to buy lots from Gems for 15 years, since the start, but I can't stand watching you any more.”

“AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY. Ridiculously amped up prices for high street quality jewellery. Using actors as presenters to persuade vulnerable old people like my mother to spend all their money on these "investment" pieces. I went to get a few of her pieces independently appraised from her extensive "collection" and they weren't worth 20% of what she paid for them!! I am infuriated with how easily they can manipulate and essentially con people out of their hard-earned money to buy sub-standard rubbish. The worst part is, they have brainwashed my mother into thinking she is passing down a hefty inheritance to her children!! Please pass on the message, if you value your money - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.”

“This company is dishonest and uses all the waffle they can to sell the unrealistic priced jewellery. Also I am still waiting to see a person of colour female presenter. No wonder Alexandra left. We see you !!!!!”
