My mom has bought me several pieces of jewellery unfortunately the stones in many of my rings have come out. Ashame really as mom has spent alot of money with gems.

I have bought numerous items from gemporia.. Happy with the majority of what I bought.. have sent a few items back and refund was sorted quickly.. particularly like Glenn lehrers collections.. when I have spoken to the call centre they have been very professional and friendly..

What is wrong with all the presenters on Gems TV!! I used to love watching but it is now SO disjointed, what with too many presenters on screen at a time and time-filling "documentaries". Also, why do ALL the presenters have to wave their hands about in such a stupid fashion; it is SO off-putting. I used to buy lots from Gems for 15 years, since the start, but I can't stand watching you any more.

AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY. Ridiculously amped up prices for high street quality jewellery. Using actors as presenters to persuade vulnerable old people like my mother to spend all their money on these "investment" pieces. I went to get a few of her pieces independently appraised from her extensive "collection" and they weren't worth 20% of what she paid for them!! I am infuriated with how easily they can manipulate and essentially con people out of their hard-earned money to buy sub-standard rubbish. The worst part is, they have brainwashed my mother into thinking she is passing down a hefty inheritance to her children!! Please pass on the message, if you value your money - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible, untrustworthy company. They sell sub standard jewellery and take delight in using the presenters to cover their fakery. As for Dave Troth,the moustache doesn't make you look any more serious just a joke.

This company is dishonest and uses all the waffle they can to sell the unrealistic priced jewellery. Also I am still waiting to see a person of colour female presenter. No wonder Alexandra left. We see you !!!!!

Watching the program tonight Some expensive jewellery being sold When you look at the work top or presenters desk It was all scratched dirty black marks expecially when the cameras zoom in To me this cheepens the jewellery being sold Gems needs an update You expect people to buy Give the buyers something back Clean updated set

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They write their own reviews FYI. Absolute rubbish products and terrible customer service. We dealt with a Laura Imms and Patricia Doyle who were incredibly unhelpful and insincere. I work an office job and has this engagement ring for 4 months before it bent and the stone fell out which they claimed to be accidental damage they would not cover in their warranty and I was to claim from my home insurance! Stay away and save yourselves the disappointment.

I purchased the visage browperfect and am DELIGHTED to say it really works. I am 64yrs old and my brows were disappearing fast, and most products I have used didn't look good. So thanks gems tv for finding very good quality products that really work.

I'd be very cautious with those Trust pilot reviews they are fraudulent this company should be reviewed by Trading Standards for misrepresentation of products sold poor quality misleading sales

I ordered a box to keep my rings and other items in, my order was taken plus the money went out of my account. Today I received an email saying unfortunately we have had to cancel your order. No explanation, how rude was that! Obvious the item was there for sale because you took my order and the money out of my bank account. I trust the money has been refunded to my account today. Not happy with Gemporia.

Bought a ring from here and first time on the stone fell out.. Got in touch with them and was told I could return it to them but I would have to pay for the stone to be replaced.. Absolutely disgusting why should I have to pay for something they've made faulty.. Needless to say I haven't bought anything since and have no intentions of doing so...

Bought an opal ring..after a few months opal crumbled in the setting ...Gemporia didn't help or repaired the ring .would never buy a another thing from them .

I found that gemporia we’re selling an Australian opal bracelet for nearly £80 and on their sister company they were selling the same bracelet for £12. Same bracelet same carat weight... how can they rip people off like this... same company owners, should be ashamed.

Bought a lovely aquamarine ring, wore it for literally 15 minutes and the stone had fallen out and couldnt find it anywhere, so cannot return it, would never buy any ring with claw fixing from gemporia again.

I've bought a few things, rings, earrings and recently a ponch which is lovely, soft and cozy. Very pretty. The silver rings are really chunky with heavy silver, however my serenity ring doesnt sparkle, that's the only disappointment. Delivery is good, about a week. I've never sent anything back, so cant comment on that.

The Karma diffusers that arrived 2 days ago are utterly useless. I put them in a closed room and when I opened the door there was no smell at all. You have to pick up the bottle to smell I have changed the reeds, Can buy far better elsewhere

The ring I received looked nothing like on tv. It was smaller and overall looked cheaper. Very disappointing. On top of that customer services are awe full. Retuned the item 10 days ago still no refund and they made me pay for 14 pounds postage. Not a serious company

Terrible service. Made 2 purchases this week, both incorrect. Even though it wasnt my fault the order was sent incorrectly, I still have to send goods back before they send CORRECT items to me AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE, FOR THEIR F@#k UP! Who's sending these packages out, monkeys? 🙊🙊🙊🙊🙊🙊 not using these again, they are definitely not looking after their customers and their needs otherwise our orders would be correct. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
