“The man who co -hosted tonights show looked an absolute scruff. Wearing a padded body warmer with no sleeves. His arms were so hairy he made me feel sick. He looked like a yeti.”

“My order was delivered by royal mail .Only problem was not to me but someone else up the road according to royal mails GPS . Gemporia consider it delivered so I've lost my money and 3 pieces of jewellery . I have spoken to quite a few advisors , ranging from helpful to downright rude don't give a dammit. I have lost out because the postman couldn't bother to look for door numbers and gemporia only answer is it has been delivered . They need to sort things out or they will be losing even more customers. So dissapointed with the customer service . Would love to review my jewellery but it's hard to review something you never received , even though you have paid for it .”

“Very disappointed I have been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks on a item that arrived damaged WTH Gemporia obviously need the money to prop up their books can't see this company lasting another year they went bankrupt in the USA and screwed everyone over I'm no longer purchasing I just don't feel comfortable”

“Over the years I have purchased many many rings from Gemporia but this stopped when the quality of the product s went downhill. The rings or whatever shown on the TV were wonderful, but what you received was junk. I purchased a ring a few weeks ago and sent it back as it was too big, I am still waiting for a refund. I have e mailed them to find out where my money is and the response is we are processing your order. Other companies take days to refund i have been waiting weeks for my money. I think they hold on to people s money for as long as possible to earn interest from it. After this I won't ever use them again.”

“GEMPORIA ARE GETTING ON LIKE TJC CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE LOSING MONEY BUT YET THEY TELL CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE HAPPY TO REDUCE THE PRICES I'VE NEVER KNOWN HOW SHOPPING CHANNELS CAN BE ALL ABOUT THEMSELVES AND MONEY THEY ARE ALL GREEDY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS”

“I brought three of the same rings thay was £120 each used credit witch was less that one ring. I picked the one i wanted sent back the other two found out thay made me pay full for tge one i keep and some back on other two and the credit back to my credit acount insted of useing it on the ring i was keeping. Thay said thats the way thay do it not very helpfull company do not use them.”

“The service department is awful. They were not concerned or willing to address my concerns. I made a purchase and never received my product. I was tracking it and waited 2-3 weeks after the expected delivery date. The service department was not helpful or reassuring that the problem would be resolved. I had my credit card company step in because Gemporia kept putting me off. If it wasn’t for their help, I believe I would be without my product and money! Luckily I kept notes and dates.”

“Ripping off the vulnerable. On dickinsons real deal a pensioner had paid over £300 for loose stones from gemporia. She took them to auction and got £71. Dave troth spouts on about them being an investment. Yeah, the cash goes into his and bennetts fat pockets. The stones are worth jack s h itt.”

“I placed an order a few days ago and I checked my Bank A/C, this company had taken too much money £20 too much. Mysteriously another item had been added to my order, now I didn't do it, it was a cheap Tanzanite Silver ring. I have purchased lots of decent Tanzanite rings in the past and no way would I have ordered another! Also, check your Baskets as sometimes there is an item sitting there very expensive that you did not place there. I worry that if I hadn't noticed then I could easily pay for it accidently. Just wanted you all to be aware.”

“Visage is not a unique name google it!! I've baught a few products never again! I asked a simple question on send a message no reply phoned gems was told the presenters would answer my question instead went on to talk about how important sun screen was factor 25 is no good when using retinol!! My question was simple what present of vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, retanol was in Visarge products as its never been mentioned by Katie Still waiting for an answer!! As boots, the ordinary, viola many more product state percentage It's important to know its our skin Pls Read up on vit c, retinol, hyaluronic acid before you buy It's not as expensive as the Brand presenters say it is in fact half the price with well known brands!!”

“I’ve bought a few things from Gemporia in spite of their awful presenters. Have you ever experienced more fake wide eyed open mouthed excitement in your life than these presenters pour on us hour after hour. Will Gemporia management do something about them they must be putting thousands of potential customers off with their endless verbal diarrhoea reminds me of those awful open air markets of years ago with folk screaming their wares at you as you walked past. Thank goodness I have an off switch”

“The handbags are appalling cheap rubbish. Their stuff is always being compared to items that are the best on the market i.e a candle is compared to a Jo Malone candle and the presenters get idiotic looks of amazement on their faces at the cheapo price of their candle. but it's NOT A JO MALONE. Go to B and M. Jainey Bennets's stuff is nasty.”

“They show the jewellery all sparkling with large stones, yet you know it's not good and a lot smaller when the presenters don't show it live. I bought a silver ring with rubies, it was only shown on the wheel, not by the presenter. The rubies were no bigger than pin holes. I needed a magnifying glass. I was too embarrassed to give it as a present. I binned it. Too much homeware tat. Overpriced. Don't these viewers ever go to b and m or home bargains or even poundland rather than pay for rubbish. Those angel and fairy figures are awful.”
