“definitely a huge cost savings vs having a plan with one of the major carriers. Not being able to roam is a pain sometimes but worth the cost savings.”

“Too many problems in a span of 3 months. Change of service provider. Change of SIM card for better signal or no connection even having 3 or 4 signal bars and still having some data usage left. All being told was to reset network connection twice and still haven't heard anything from last inquiry of no connection issue.”

“Gen Mobile uses Sprint as their national carrier. The price and packages are good, but the coverage, like Sprint's coverage, is spotty in some places. I still like it as nobody else is better.”

“I like Gen Mobile because I don't use my phone a lot but still need reliable access when the need arises. The plan I use is pretty simple combining data, texting and phone calls. A couple times there were software bugs that needed to be resolved, that caused me to have no service for a day or so. Other than that, most of the time things are good.”

“GENMOBILE service is good. I am using this since a year. Only thing they have to improve is promotions..When there is any promotions you get a late communication and sometimes u get communication of Promo offer after the promotion expiry date.”
