“Was sent an Email about change in flight schedule and was a bit concerned. got in touch with get a flight and was in contact with there sales team member sarah s within minutes. She was really helpful and quick with her response.”

“KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CROOKS. TAKEN PAYMENT FOR MY FLIGHT FROM MY CARD THEN EMAILED TO SAY HAVE TO DO BANK TRANSFER AND WON’T REFUND THE CARD PAYMENT. TELLING ME TO GO TO MY BANK TO CLAIM IT BACK, MY PAYMENT BY CARD WAS VERIFIED BY 3D VERIFICATION I EVEN OFFERED TO SEND ID AND COPY OF BANK STATEMENT BUT THEY NOT INTERESTED. KEEP AWAY!!!”

“I have been blown away by how on the ball the help team are. I was expecting the usual run around that some outfits perform but here with Getaflight that did not happen. I was linked in chat with Sarah who Oh so nice and polite answered my questions with efficiency and understanding of my issues and came up with perfect solutions. This is a company I will be returning to for my next travel arrangements.”
