“We have recently purchased Window Office Plus from Renew Tech online and paid through Amazon Pay in July 2022. Not only did we not receive Product-Key as promised but all the emails we sent to Renew Tech were bounced back. We contacted Amazon Pay and Amazon Pay stated that the transaction was between the customer and the third party, Amazon Pay has no responsibility for this transaction even though the third party (Renew Pay) is listed and approved by Amazon Pay. My advice is NOT to purchase from Renew Tech and NOT to use Amazon Pay. Zero stars for Renew Teck and Amazon Pay”

“I am so sorry, but Matthew Keysell tried his best to help me install office 2021. I ran into a number of roadblocks but it just got too complicated for me. I ended up going with another vendor who made the process very simple and I got it installed with them. Please refund my purchase price and again I’m sorry I just couldn’t make this work. “I ordered Microsoft software on disc from them over 4 weeks ago, and have still not received it. I was told in the chat room upon ordering this that normal delivery is around 4 days. After a week I emailed them saying I haven't received my order and was told they are resending my order. After 2 weeks I emailed again and was told they would check with the British mail. After 3 weeks without a delivery, I sent 2 separate emails and did not get any response. I really would like to get the product I ordered but have little faith in that happening. I have already contacted my credit card company about contesting this charge.”
