“I’m very disappointed with the service from get renewed tech I ordered the Microsoft download but had trouble installing it so a Mathew kerschel from your office said he would download it remotely. Although he tried and at that time I hadn’t left the remote access open I did leave many messages that I was leaving it open and got zero response. Also your chat line was replying Not happy !!”

“Basically does what it says on the tin! Download was smooth and uninterrupted. Burning the image file was straightforward and then loading the program was simple. Entered the supplied (by email) code into the prog and it’s been running great ever since. Very happy and have thoroughly recommended to all.”

“While GetRenewedTech may have a very good commercial offer, its approach to customer relations is very poor. I emailed to cancel my order for Office 21 Professional Plus within 20 minutes of placing the order, having realised I already had access to Office 365. After prompting emails one week, and then 4 weeks, later I have still not seen my payment refunded. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company as being a reliable supplier. Steer clear!”

Hello John, I have looked into this and I can see a refund has been issued, can you please check to ensure a refund isn't showing on your bank statement (will show from mol*renewed-tech) if it isn't please let us know and we will contact our payment processors to get this resolved. Kind Regards

“Having got a new laptop, I needed to update my office suite but new laptop had no drive Bit sceptical before purchase, but read reviews and decided to purchase So glad I bought office 2021 from this company Instructions were easy to follow and download from Microsoft directly Product is perfect”
