“Transfer to the airport, especially at night, is always a bit exciting The driver on the Camry, notified in advance that he had arrived, loaded the luggage, drove quickly but carefully! The car was clean, nice muted music - just what you need for a night transfer. I will use and recommend him as needed. Thank you.”

“We have a large family 3 children 2 adults + luggage. This company has a minivan and this is our option. Last time we flew to Rome, met a polite driver, drove the car without jerking, calmly, warned that traffic jams and will bypass that we are delayed for 30 minutes. He helped to unload and load luggage, did not ask for additional funds.”

“Used the transfer from Al Maktoum airport to Ras el Khaim. Among those who met at the airport, our driver was neat, in a shirt, pants. Very attentive. His appearance corresponded to the clean Lexus. The service is a solid 5. Ordered a return transfer from the hotel, will be able to compare!)))”

“We booked a minivan in advance for the company from the airport. For the first time we tried to think everything through in advance - we didn't want to bargain with cab drivers after a night flight, and we didn't want to use public transportation either. In the end it was very pleasant that we were met like rock stars with a sign and on such a clean car. We chose an average offer in terms of cost, although we received more than 15 options in the mail. Convenient and not expensive - we will book on the way back:)”

“Booked an airport transfer 10 days in advance for a 0415hrs pickup. Driver messaged the day it was booked to confirm and all was well. The evening prior to pickup I messaged the driver with no reply, he had been online earlier that day however. Roll on 0415hrs, no driver. 0430hrs, no driver. 0445hrs, managed to grab a local taxi to get me to the airport in time for my flight. Dropped the company and email asking for a refund due to a no show and was happy to receive an apologetic email in response stating that they would need to investigate it, and this could take some time. Several more messages and emails from my side with no response and no refund. As the majority have said, the company is an elusive scam with little or no chance of seeing your money again. Please avoid.”

“Never had such experience before...with such unprofessional and dishonest service. Unfortunately, our story looks pretty much similar to those already posted (I should have read it before!) and I am now decided to take legal action to get my money back and publish our experience as much as possible on social media (sorry, not possible to rate less than one star...). Briefly about the facts which took place last August for a very urgent ride scheduled between Richmond, VA and Boston, MA (more than 1,000 Usd) with my young children. Two hours before the ride, the dispatcher called me to inform that it was cancelled and that another option had been found with a new driver from Richmond airport. 30 minutes before meeting, this second driver called me to cancel the ride! I immediatly called the dispatcher for an alternative and urgent solution but he never called me back ! I was left next to the road with two young children for a service paid but never provided...this situation is simply unacceptable! We had to take train and buses to reach our destination (not for free, of course). Since August, I am struggling to get -at least- refund for the two "no shows" from Gettransfer's drivers. All this time waiting and receiving confirmation that my request is being proceeded...I have even received a notice that it had been already reimbursed! Which is completly wrong (I have asked for evidence but of course never received it...). Why not simply apologize and refund straight away? Why losing so much time? Unfortunately for GETTRANSFER, unless refund confirmation is received, I will definitly not remain inactive...”
